Steve agreed to an appointment for this week, which required coordination from the sellers of the home, my relators, and the glass company. After changing the time of the appointment, he showed up at the seller's house over 2 hours later than agreed, after 5pm. He then acted as if he didn't know what he was supposed to do. The seller of the home had to let Steve use their cell phone to discuss what was needed with my realtor, even though it had been agreed upon previously. When my realtor called him out on the phone for his unprofessional behavior, he yelled at her and left without performing the service he agreed to provide. Not only was Steve unpleasant, he did not provide the service needed, and put my closing at risk. Fortunately, my realtor was able to arrange for another company to come out, and within 24 hours, we had what we needed. If you are looking for customer service and follow through, I would not suggest using this company.
