I told here that I was a license plumber and thanked her for her candor. She hurried off the phone. I guess with an area code of 630 she assumed that I was not a plumber. Or that my articulation with words was not welcomed by her. I was left with the feeling that this southern Illinois plumbing establishment is not people friendly.

Then K & D countertops told me over the phone that they charge over $300 for a removal and take away and they would charge the same amount just to help me lift it even if they didn't take it away. They charge more than their competitors for the same product. Look elsewhere while you still can.
