Keith Caballero helped me understand what was needed to best suit my needs, provided an estimate outlining what we talked about, and provided a fair price. Note; they will not service existing gutters, they will tear out any existing gutters and replace, probably for the better. Day before delivery, the office reached out and confirmed the time that they would be arriving the next day. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. Do not be concerned with Zelle-ing the owner directly.

Instead, the response doubled down without verifying the facts. Daniel, with respect -- you were either misguided or too quick to take your team's side without doing your homework. Either way, dismissing a customer's experience without investigation is not customer-first service, and that is a miss. To be fair -- response times were prompt. I just wish the responses had also been courteous and professional. Here is what actually happened: 1. I asked to reduce the scope of work to reduce the price. That is not asking for a discount. Those are two different things. Owner claimes I asked for discount. 2. I asked basic questions any homeowner should ask -- can I see your COI, and will you respond within 15 days if something goes wrong after installation. 3. Instead of answers, the first response mocked me for doing research. The second canceled the proposal for "asking too much." 4. One of my asks was simply: if someone gets injured on my roof during installation, I should not be held liable. That is not unreasonable. That is common sense. Screenshots are attached. I have nothing to hide. I genuinely hope other customers have a smoother experience -- but mine fell short, and I think that is worth knowing before you sign.

He gave me the option of a quick patch on our 24 year old gutters, but also recommended a full replacement. He wasn't pushy or salesy, and we came to our own conclusion based on Ben's showing us the poor condition of our gutters to get a full replacement. We received our quote same day; I checked his price using online resources and found it to be reasonable. A 50% deposit was requested electronically, and my date for replacement was scheduled. The work was completed efficiently and professionally, all the while with great communication from Ben. I highly recommend this company based on their efficiency, communication and great work product. We will definitely use them again.

Although initial…read morecommunication was great, the company had to make several visits to my home in order to complete the job to my satisfaction. I spoke with Ben at AM Gutters and scheduled an estimate for December 10th. He texted the morning of the 10th to ask if we could reschedule for Wednesday the 11th, I told him no problem and ended up getting an estimate on the 11th for which I signed a contract. I was told that his crew would come out to install the gutters on December 18th. On December 18th, the crew still had not shown up by 3 pm that afternoon. I texted Ben and he let me know that they were on their way. When they showed up, the vehicle had the name and phone number of another gutter company which concerned me. I called Ben and he reassured me that these individuals were not subcontractors, that they were part of his crew. Because of their late arrival, the gutters were not finished that evening and I was told that they would return the next day to finish the job. The crew did return on December 19th to finish the job and Ben sent me a text stating that he had inspected everything and that it looked great. Since I had arrived home late that evening I did not look at the gutters until the next morning, December 20th. When I went to inspect everything, I noticed that the downspouts of the gutters were all at different heights, and that some of the gutters were draining directly next to the foundation. My understanding is that gutters are supposed to divert the rain water away from the foundation to avoid shifting of the foundation, so gutters that dump rain right next to my foundation were unacceptable. Also the fact that the downspouts were all various lengths looked unprofessional. I had also paid for screens to be installed on the gutters so that leaves would not accumulate in the gutters. When inspecting the screens, I noticed that there were a couple of gaps between screens that were installed, totally defeating the purpose of the screen. I contacted Ben on December 20th via text message and sent him photos of the things that I would like corrected. On December 30th, a different individual, in a completely different vehicle with yet another gutter company name and phone number on the side, came to inspect the gutters and see what corrections needed to be made. This same individual then returned on December 31st and finished the job satisfactorily. I feel that this company does use subcontractors to complete their gutter jobs, or at least several different crews, and the quality of workmanship depends on which crew you get. I have included photos of the different vehicles that showed up to my house, and the downspouts of various lengths. In the end I am happy with my gutters, but the whole process was frustrating.
