Many tears ago the the company that vinyl king bought installed siding on my house. Recently I noticed some discoloring in one section and called the current company when I found out the work was done by a company that that this company bought. About 13 years ago my siding was installed. The warranty was for 15 years however, the the style I had installed was discontinued many years ago. The new owner, who could have easily just said "sorry, nothing we can do" instead literally spent months contacting other distributors of this manufacturer to see if perhaps there was some of the stock I needed tucked away in some warehouse collecting dust. After almost six months he called and told me that he found a very close substitute that could hardly be distinguished from mine. Two days later his crew showed up an in no time the replacement siding was installed and even I could not tell the difference in the section that was replaced. In this day and age this type of professionalism and customer service is basically extinct. They went beyond expectations to ensure I was a satisfied customer. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Collin, the project manager was on point and came twice (!) ahead of time to assure measurements are legit. Gary orchestrated the whole operation by selling us the project while understanding our budget concern, never too pushy, and also paid a visit while the team were installing the new windows. At the end they wrapped it up and leave everything behind as it was when they came. Plus the new awesome looking windows.
