He repaired about 30 panels, and added a wood rod that had fallen off. It was a reasonable price, and much cheaper than replacing all my shutters! Wow! it's been almost a year and still have not forgotten about how Henry got us out of a jamb when we needed to get our eight foot tall plantation shutters repaired. They were in our rental that was being prepped for a new tenant and a photo shoot was occurring the next day. Henry picked up right away, listened to what was going on and offered to have me bring the shutters to him since they were off the walls due to the house being painted. We were lucky enough to fold down all the seats in our Denali XL and stuff all the shutters that needed repair in the SUV. Once I got to Henry's shop I took them out one by one and he did his magic on repairing all the staples that had been pulled out from the slats and pull rod. In a matter of just an hours I was back in Laguna Niguel hanging them back up over new carpet and a freshly painted Chandon Condo. The rental preview and virtual photo shoot went perfect. The condo was rented in 48 hours. Obviously I had to ask, what occurred with the one and only unfavorable review on yelp. It turns out he was taken out of context with that individual and he admits everyone is entitled to their own opinion. He doesn't have a bad thing to say about anyone. He's damn talented, very reasonable and worth booking in advance. He's definitely some of Southern California's Gold. By the way, I was referred to Henry by calling a plantation shutter manufacturing company in Lake Forest. His reputation truly precedes him.
