I called on a Saturday morning and spoke with Steve who informed me that he was able to get me in that afternoon. Upon arrival, he welcomed me and started with a walk around of my truck. After asking what I was looking for (heat blocking and privacy), Steve gave me a run through of all the products that they offered, pros and cons of each, and answered every question I had about the products. The waiting room was comfortable with snacks, coffee, water and a 7-11 right up the block to grab some extra snacks. Spoke with Steve regarding the history of business and some contracts they have in the area currently, lending even further confidence in their product knowing that they have a multitude of diverse projects worked (commercial, residential and automotive). My vehicle was finished in under an hour and a half and done extraordinarily well! Steve explained how to care for the product and explained the 3M Lifetime Warranty is any issues should arise. Disappointed. After having 4 personal vehicles tinted here in the past with great results I stopped by on Tuesday afternoon to get a quote to tint two car door windows that were removed from a car from that is owned by my new dealership. I spoke to Heather who seemed more interested in closing for the night at 4:45 than helping me but I did get a quote from her for the job and was told that she would't be able to get to me until Thursday morning to which I said I'd see her on Thursday. I dropped the glass off at 9:00, Heather wasn't there. Heather called me at 11:00 saying that she couldn't get to my windows today because she had 6 other cars booked already and added that I hadn't confirmed with her also that she might be able to tint them tomorrow. When I walked in to pickup my unfinished work from Heather she barely took the time to look up from her desk and mumble "sorry" at me. Before I came to Orlando on vacation, I took my Volvo to a tint specialist in Atlanta for a quote. It would be $200, the owner told me, and I would have to leave it with him all day. Fortunately, I didn't have the time. I called these guys this past Monday. Heather who runs the Front Office, among other things, said she thought it would cost about $100 and most likely would take just a few hours. She was dead on. I was called to next day to confirm it. when i arrived I was shown all the window tint options but there was no high pressure sales tactic. Orlando Window Tint Specialists did an amazing job on my car. The owner made sure that my car came out perfect, as I am very picky. He removed the tint that was on it and going bad and re-tinted it. I also had Air Blue tint (which is clear) put on my windshield. It has made such a big difference, especially the tint on the windshield. It is no longer scorching hot when I get in my car. It also helps protect my leather not being hit so directly by the sun. I love my tint and would not recommend any other place in Orlando or Central Florida. I got my 2014 Ford Focus tinted last Tuesday. It has seriously been the best decision I have made for my car. The heat is now tolerable! Although I love my car, I want to boast about the exceptional customer service. The staff here is amazing! We called around 1pm they said they had an opening at 230pm and we got right in. It only took 2 hours, and my car turned out beautiful! It was quick and easy, I really don't know why I waited so long. My rear window had so much glue residue from the old tint on it that I was unable to see through it. I tried to find somebody to remove it and was told everywhere that it was impossible. I even considered putting a new window in before I found Window Tint Specialists. The office staff were friendly and told me they could do and the price was amazing! This is my our second experience at WTS and this experience was better than the first The first one was fantastic. I called for a quote, then visited in person to select our tint. Then we brought the vehicle the next evening for our appointment the next day. Our initial calls were returned, confirmation calls were made to us to make sure we were still coming.
