Worst experience ever. Do not waste your time with these people. Staff is extremely unprofessional and do not care about customer experience or your time. The simple customer is always right motto does NOT apply here. There's a handful of other tint shops within a 5-10 mile radius that are way more friendly and do legit quality jobs. Do yourself a huge favor and check out any other shop, steer away from here. Like many other people who visited here, I ended up finding another shop with better prices and accommodations. Had to come back multiple times (4x) to perform a very basic tinting job. Once, they did not have the correct film in stock, after making an appointment 1 week in advance. Second trip, they mis-installed the film, had to return third time, which they did not order the correct part. Forth time (and final time), they did not have the part and over scheduled my appointment for a detail (made 2 weeks in advance). The final straw was being harassed from an extremely deranged customer, in their waiting room. Who tried to pick a fight with me in front of the owner, who stood by allowing this nonsense to continue. Don't waste your time with this foolishness. read more

Walked in Friday afternoon to get my windows tinted. They advise me, they were full for the afternoon but to come back Saturday morning. I returned as directed and I was in and out in about an 1 hour and 15 minutes. This is the 4th vehicle I have taken for window tinting. Just like my previous vehicles, they did a knock-out job. tint they did on the rear of my car has bubbles. I told them about it then they told me to leave my car there and they'll fix it. When i came back, i saw that they covered the bubbles in my car with something like a rubber material that looks ugly! they didn't even consult me about it. they were awesome! very fast and accurate quote. price is fair. they custom print it (no cutting), fast application, and lifetime warranty. 9am opens and no scheduled appointments just a warning. however, I did say "back doors only" and they proceeded to tint the rear windshield and charged me for the material (minimal fee). so I'm taking off a star for that. read more

Mr. Rene and all the staff working there are very friendly and the prices are not expensive . I live in Burlingame and i don't mind to drive all the way to their two different locations Oakland and Fremont . I know this company for a few years and every time i go is a pleasure to do bussines . They did on my cars 50% all around to darker shades and my last car they put a very cool baby blue tint . You need to go there and check it out . not only that , they also have wheels and accesories to make your ride look good ! and if you are looking for nice detailing this is the place to be!. The place seemed shady when I went for a warranty repair. 2 days after my tinting, I noticed there were 3 fairly visible air bubbles and 1 bent film corner on the same back corner window. Went for a repair, the guy denied it was a quality issue. Having had so many of cars tinted, I knew that piece of tint needed to be replaced and insisted. Then the guy said he had no time, told me to go back the next day, and tried really hard to sell me his detailing package, and said he could squeeze in time to fix the corner window tint that day if I bought the car detailing. All in all, those mexican guys seemed very unprofessional and I can only imagine 5 year later, what kind of attitude I will get for the so called "lifetime warranty". The price of the detailing package he tried to sell to me went from $250 to $150 to $120 in less then 5 mins without a word of explanation what kind of detailing service, what's included and what's not. Don't be surprised if you pay $120 and find out carpet cleaning is not included in the package later on. So don't take their word for it, worthless, make sure have everything written down in a formal receipt or something to avoid confusion. read more

I was in a rush to get the tint removed from my front windows to get my fix-it ticket written off and after calling a few places on a Saturday, they said they'll take care of it for $25. It was a quick job and there's not much that can go wrong there. After I got my new car, I brought it here to get it tinted since I had a good experience that first time and they're decently priced. They were able to give us a little bit of a discount because my girlfriend wanted to get her car tinted too so we scheduled an appointment on the same day. Like another review stated, they told us that they'll call us after it's done but they never called us back.. Also we both noticed a few bubbles and lint under the tint on each of our cars. It's not major enough to bring it back to have them re-do it but even if we did, I don't think they'd do it for free since they don't have a lifetime guarantee like other tint shops do, and another reviewer said that they had a bad experience when they tried to bring it back. I'd give them 4 stars cause the service is quick (both times I went, they had a lot of workers there) and the quality is still pretty good.. If you're picky about your tint and want absolutely no bubbles, choose a shop that guarantees their work. read more

Went to get my new car tinted spoke to manager Renae THEY SAID THEY DO TINTING FOR THE DEALERSHIP so i agreed to get them done. Notice that i had bubble in one window and the 3 back windows trim was not cut in the proper shape. Went back to repair but they said they would fix but still looks the same. I Think i could have done better if i cut the film myself. VERY DISAPOINTED didn't want to waste more time to agrue. Would not recomend This place. read more

They were the cheapest I could find in Fremont and along with the low price they gave me, they included a few 'extras' along the way.
