Response to Business Manager: I'd like to clarify the "critical details" you mentioned were left out, because everything in my review is documented with receipts, phone recordings (with disclosure), and written correspondence. I was never given a full price breakdown or final total before or after my tint service. All the breakdown's the girls told me over the phone were all estimates as I was not sure if I wanted to get ceramic or not. I was never asked to authorize the $728 and $156 charges to my card -- the only payment I consented to was a $50 deposit. It took eight days and repeated requests before I received an invoice, which metadata confirms was created on October 7, not September 29. Upon picking up my car the same day, I expressed to Jorge (the owner) that I was ready to pay and he said "Oh it looks like the girls already charged you before they left". The claim that I was "extremely happy and posted photos of my tinted vehicle" is misleading. I posted an Instagram Story at the owner Jorge's request, as part of a discount agreement where he offered to tint my panorama sunroof in exchange for a promotional post. Once the billing issues and unprofessional treatment began, I withdrew that promotion so no one else would experience the same situation. I never not once said I am going to "leave bad reviews everywhere", as said I have the entire phone conversation recorded where I simply requested a refund for the unauthorized charges or I will have to go through with disputing it through my bank. During that call, is when I was told, "Maybe I should be making a police report against you for trying to get money out of us," which was incredibly unprofessional. Additionally, the 4% credit card surcharge was never disclosed before payment, which violates California law on card surcharges. I was repeatedly given contradictory information by employees using different names, including "Melissa," who identified herself as the business manager, so it's unclear who actually manages this business. Honestly, I took a while to make this review. Main and only reason for this 1 star review is that when I got my vehicle tinted, I had had it for about 2 weeks. I take it in, wait was a little longer than what I was told but hey, things happen... so speaking of things happen, I quickly get in my car (had to pick up my daughter) and when I'm coming back to my car, I start seeing scratches all over the vehicle that were not previously there. I quickly call window tints everything and they make an appointment to bring it back in and try and make things right... and this is where it goes down hill, when they "try" to make it right, they end up burning the clear coat on my car and make the paint even worse. They told me they would give me some money for me to take it to my own place to get it fixed because that's what they were going to be charged... but nope, it's a lot more than that now and from what went from a regular tint job on the vehicle has now been a headache. I called to tell them that the tint is also causing glare when I drive and gives me headaches and they said the glare is normal. I have 3 other cars that I have tinted and none of them have this issue. I saw a lot of positive reviews and thought their deal was too good to be true and yup.. it was too good, now it's a headache as far as driving my vehicle and getting it fixed. read more

I got my car windows tinted here a few weeks ago. Long story short, the tint job seems really good but they somehow damaged the paint on my car. Also, if you have any questions or don't know EXACTLY what you want done you should ask to speak to one of the people who works on the cars, because the girl on the phone/at the front desk wasn't able to answer basic questions about their services (ie what is ceramic tint, what % do people typically get) The service took about 5 hours. The inside of the car does feel noticeably cooler and my arms don't feel like they're getting so burnt from the sun coming in. There were a few bubbles when I came to pick my car up but they smoothed those out, now there's only one bubble on the windshield. Unfortunately, the paint on my car somehow got damaged at their shop. I hand-washed my car the evening before and parked it in my garage so I know there wasn't anything wrong then, and I took photos of the whole car right after pickup. I didn't notice right away, but there are a few spots of a dried clear liquid on the back of my car. I tried to wipe them off with just water, but it seems like the top coat of my car's paint is now gone underneath (like the smooth, shiny clear coat over the color). When I go back and look at the photos I took immediately after picking my car up from them, I can see the spots. I called the shop and asked if they use any sort of liquids during the tint process, and told them I noticed these spots on my car. The guy on the phone said they don't use anything besides water and Dawn soap, and that's only on the inside. If they say that's the case I believe them, but either way this damage must have happened while my car was in their care. It's not the end of the world but pretty disappointing to take your car somewhere for a service and end up with random damage. read more
