I've used tint LA twice now and I've been thoroughly happy with their quality of service and transparent, fair pricing. The first car they did was my Mercedes roadster, last year, and the installer arrived on time. I had a small issue with the film peeling after a week or so but they corrected the issue professionally. My daily audi was done last week and even though it's an older model (1999 A6 avant) they still handled it without issue (it only has 84k miles so the seals are in great shape). Overall I am glad I found these folks and I've already recommended them to some of my friends. Will definitely be using them for my other current fleet & new acquisitions
This place was great. Their prices were pretty much in line with everyone else but I was able to get ceramic film for a little less than what other were charging. They are mobile and came to my house so my daughter and I didn't have to sit in so e shop for multiple hours. The work was fast, clean, and looks great. Would use them again

The appointment was easy and they accommodated me right away within a week. Pam and Paul are the owners and they gave me a great deal. Pam gave me many options regarding different shades and advice. I'm glad I took her advice since I originally wanted to get my windshield tinted really dark but I listened to her since she knows better. I was so happy with the result that I had them done my little office windows as well, since the sun bothered me a lot when I'm working. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Overall I'm very pleased and highly recommend! Thank you Pam and Paul!!! You guys are awesome!

If I can rate this place 0 stars I would. This is a current issue, so take time and read don't go by these 2-3 year old reviews its complete bs. I had my past car tinted with this company. Came out great. But I recently got a new car and me thinking this would be a good place to head back to clearly I was wrong! For starters the owners of this so called business is not in here Granada hills, they have moved to Florida so it has became a third party company. Which means they literally pick up any random ass person that tints and sends them over to your location and start tinting your vehicle. I specifically asked for 5% tints all the windows front and back, and front windshield to be 20% make tints all CERAMIC. Cost of job was over $500. The guy that came literally rushed his damn job, second guy that came showed up an hour and half late to start tinting, once they are done, I literally see a scratch from TOP TO BOTTOM on the windshield, both tinters saw it and clearly ITS GONNA BE REPLACED. I'm not gonna pay for tints that are gonna be scratched up. I don't think anyone will! He ends up removing and does it again, he ends up telling me he's not able to do it cause it's dark so they need to schedule me another appointment. Some other dudes show up and they tint it again, and they left scratches on the right side on the windshield we told them about it and they said it should be gone once it dries. So we left it , 3-4 days go by and we still see those marks. I called them and they said they can have it replaced. But then I noticed that my whole back windows were SUPER see through. For being 5% they are suppose to be DARK. Day and night. Especially with having the windshield 20%. You can literally see from one side to the other so I went ahead and told the company about it. Pam beforehand guaranteed me that they were gonna be pitch black like my last car. They argued with me saying no it's 5% but I told them it's not, it's super light. They mentioned about having them tested with some meter, they come up with an excuse saying it wouldn't fit the glass to read it so they gave me my money back and left the tints on the windows. I had to Go pay and get them removed with that money and pay someone else to do the tints all over again. So now these guys came back to redo the windshield but I ended not doing it with them since tints have a different color from looking inside out. I told the guys just to remove since they clearly had to do it in the first place. I called Pam the owner of the company and told them about the situation Due to having so many problems and issues with them I don't want to deal with them anymore, so I just want my money back completely and go elsewhere. she told me she can't do it due to them showing up and doing the tint on the windshield but I had told her they had left right after taking it off. I told her to just refund me she didn't want to since " they still came out to my location" so I said fine let's do half the $175 for windshield. She agreed. Told me she would send me my $87.50. 3 days later still no money back, I contacted them and they end up telling me they can't refund me since it's not up to them anymore it's up to the person who tinted which by the way even himself he said " I don't know I can't decide if you can get your money back it's up to PAM" . So here I am today with still NO money back from windshield, no tint on windshield. They blocked me from calling them, since I'm upset at the fact that I'm waiting on my money to be sent over. Told me to contact the dude that removed tint, he even told me PAM is suppose to return the money not them. Truly this place has lost its touch. In customer service and customer satisfaction. I don't recommend this place at all. If you do decide to give them a long shot make sure you inspect the job. Hopefully it goes out of business soon smh. Pictures show scratches, see through for being 5% day time, and my windshield having no tint currently but still paid $175, and tint comparison. Lol trash company. Go else where, BEWARE!
I recently got my Honda Accord tinted here! My mom called for an estimate and the lady who picked up the phone gave us two options for tint and explained the differences and pricing. Very reasonable price and set up the next available appointment they had! Tint LA is a mobile service so you can have the option for them to come to you, which I really like! I didn't have available space in my garage so I went to their home location. I got 5% ceramic tint all around and I think my front windshield was done with 50% (if I remember correctly). The job was done within 2ish hours!
Guess who had the best Friday the 13th? Well it's this guy who woke up with 1 maybe 2 jobs. Fix interior issue & maybe tint my windows. After making my appointment for mid afternoon but hoping to reschedule for earlier time, my interior job got postponed & then opportunity for a great new local business popped up with that earlier appointment opened up. I had already met Paul who convinced me I was at the right place & would get exactly what I had been shopping around for. When I spoke with Pam she also made the process a breeze & made my day. I got one job done & feel total satisfaction. I may do moms car next?
On a Saturday afternoon, I decided I wanted to get the windows on my car tinted. I called around and most places told me they were busy until the following week or on a first come, first serve basis (with a crazy wait). I messaged Tint LA, a mobile tint business, and received a message back from Pam, 30 minutes before their posted operating hours. I received a reasonable quote for carbon and ceramic tint and was told they could do the job the following day, if I drove to them in Granada Hills. I booked the appointment since it was convenient to me and chose the carbon option. I was told the job would take 1 1/2 hours. On Sunday, I promptly arrived at my appointment and was greeted by Pam's husband. I told him I wanted 35% on the front 2 windows and 20% on the rear and he went to work while I waited in the backyard. About 1 1/2 hours later, my car was ready to go. The job looked great! I paid Pam, received a receipt which stated the tint had a Lifetime Guarantee, and was on my way. Pam and her husband were friendly and accommodating. Quick and easy! 5 stars!

Bad service. I asked the gentleman to match the back windows as close as possible. As you can see in the pictures, the driver and passenger side do not match the back windows at all. The job was done in our garage and so we thought maybe it looks like this because its inside but its worse outside. When we spoke to the technician, he agreed and said he understood but finished work says otherwise. Not to mention but there is a giant bubble on the front windshield in the passenger side and another one in the top side of the driver side. At this time. I cannot recommend this service provider. I am disappointed and upset over the money wasted. ***update. The manager called me to apologize and rescheduled my appointment for their next available which was a Wednesday before my final exam. I had to do a 3hr round trip drive because I dont live in LA. However, as you can see in the videos the job was so poorly done the first time, I had to get it fixed or get my money back. The manager didn't seem willing to refund. So fine, I spent more money on gas than I needed to. The guy who did the job came back. Took pictures. Apologize and went ahead and attempted to fix it. Super sweet dude wonderful customer service. However, it took a minute and extra help for the material to adhere to the window edges. I had to give it help by adding towels to keep it in place and parking my car under the sun to help. Now, the ceramic is doing its job and it has helped tremendously reduce the temperature inside the car. However 2 trips to LA and long convos with the manager trying to convince me that the job was well done its too much of a hassle. On top of that, tell me why I have their manager texting me on a Saturday evening, as I am actively attempting to celebrate my graduation, pretty much harassing me about my review. Waste of money. I regret getting the work from this place and I don't recommend this place. read more

Garbage company that is so unprofessional and rude with bad work ethics. Please keep in mind that this is a third party company that hires any tinting company or maybe even people from the streets to come do the job based off the type of service they do lmao So that means at the end of the day they won't take full responsibility to whom they hire. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! For starters I took my brand new Toyota Camry 2023 to them. They messed up 3 times when installing my windshield. The installers kept scratching the tint they were applying! They came to redo it and still it came with scratches and bubbles. Then I asked for 5% all around and tell me why I can still see inside my car when I know you're not supposed to be able to see in the car with 5%? So I called the company right away and told them just to give me a refund of $555 and take off there tints and we will part ways because there were too many difficulties and they said they couldn't give me a refund back and they swore that it was 5% so I asked them to come read it for themselves in front of my face to prove me wrong. They said no and that maybe the installer they hired installed 8%-12%? Like what? I asked them for 5%!! Not 8%-12%. I took my car somewhere else to remove the tints and I compared that other company's 5% with my 5% I got from mobile tint la. I will upload the proof to show I am not lying like Mobile Tint La accused me of! And also I will upload their chart of how tints are supposed to look to just remind them! What I asked for vs what I got. I never came to any sort of agreement with any of the tinters nor this company so I asked for my money back and unfortunately they kept my money and blocked my number It's sad how this company is blaming another company for their dirty work If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Been wanting to tint my windows ever since I had to get them removed and after lots of researching I finally made my mind to go with Tint LA and ever since I got them done (which has been 8 days) I have no complaints. Setting up the appointment was easy. They offer to install it in your home, but they require a garage which I didn't have so I opted to get it done at their location. Location: I went to was a residence with a garage with all kinds of tint shades and equipment for tinting. Price: I chose to go for the ceramic tint. Even though it is more expensive it does block out more UV rays than the standard tint. The ceramic tint was $150 which was the total including the tint, labor, and tax. For my car I got 15% and the shade of the tint doesn't affect the price. Time: I only needed my front two windows tinted and it was relatively fast. Took about 30-40 mins to complete and I was on my way! The attention to detail that they give is immaculate. My car windows slightly go down when I open my door and then go back up when I shut my door and they were so knowledgeable that they knew about it before I said anything and they knew what to do to keep my window in place while they were working on it. After completing both windows I noticed a bit of residue which the guy later explained that its glue left behind when they removed my previous tint and they removed the whole tint and redid it! Thats what I call A1 customer service! And even after it was done they made sure that it was done correctly and there were no defects so they even checked it out in the sun. They also redo your tint for free if there are any bubbles or defects after you get it done which put my mind at ease and made me comfortable. Overall I would definitely take my future cars here if I am still in the area and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their car tinted for a reasonable price and A1 customer service! read more
