In 2018 I had Bill come out and provide me with an estimate for replacing several builders windows…read morethat over the years fogged up. I kept that estimate because I knew someday when the time came I would go with him. Of the few contractors I solicited estimates from, his was the one I went with not because of the price but because how he presented himself, inspected each window and described how they would be replaced right through to the stucco work. The estimate was very detailed depicting each window graphically along with its dimensions. It took me a while to prioritize and allocate the funding and of course the price of the original estimate changed upwards as I expected. Finally last March I was able to make it happen. As an earlier review stated, it's a family business and they are good honest people to deal with. That was important to me. The only effort subcontracted was the stucco work. There are lot of contractors out there as are the horror stories. I saw Bill again at contract signing last March and really never needed to see him. All communications were satisfactorily accomplished via email. All work was county permitted. My impact glass insulated windows were in by August. There were supplier delays due to COVID-19 issues. The windows were manufactured by EAS out of South Florida. The workers were very professional, courteous and kept the work site clean. Bill remains in the picture but after 30 years in the business he has taken a back seat to work site supervision and has past the reigns to his son-in-law. They don't advertise because they don't need to. Highly recommend St.Augustine Aluminum Company for your window replacements. One point to keep in mind is if you have alarm contact wiring embedded in the window sill take care to ensure this wiring is safeguarded during window removal and installation.

I believed I had scheduled an appointment, but it turned out I had only scheduled a call to make an appointment. I never got that call, and I wasted an hour waiting for them because believed I had an appointment, or at least that was the excuse I received when they called back days later. I scheduled another appointment with them when they called days later, and that appointment came and went with the no service and no phone calls. I wasted hours of my life only to be called to schedule another appointment that did not happen. I received a second apology call today, at 8PM, in which the technician called me buddy, made demands of me, talked poorly of the company, and expected my pity because he had been out for the day at the hospital. I totally understand changing appointments, but there needs to be a phone call letting the customer know PRIOR to the time of service, not five hours later. This is not the call center or technicians fault, someone in management needs to evaluate their systems, I am sure I am not the first person to have this issue. TLDR Don't call them, they don't show up to appointments, don't answer their own phones, and then act like it is your fault. PS the hours of operation don't match reality.
