Fantastic company. Cesar came out to clean out gutters, which apparently hadn't been done in the 16 years that the house had been standing. In addition to the gutters and downspouts, we have four french drains at the house and one was blocked. Also, my husband and I couldn't figure out where in the yard the drains came out from. Cesar was able to unblock the one drain and find out the exit point of that one drain, which was great. Ray came out a separate time and he found the remaining exit points of the other three drains which is phenomenal. Windows Gutters Etc. were prompt to respond and easy to work with. We initially contacted another local company to clean our gutters. The other company needed to be texted multiple times before remembering to set up an appointment, promised a quote which ended up being very late and, when we called to book an appointment, took over a week to respond. These folks responded to the initial contact within about an hour (even though we accidentally contacted them after their business hours), immediately set up an appointment, kept in good communication with us and got the job done all before the other company got around to setting up a time to come out weeks later. I hired Windows Gutters Etc to clean my gutters twice, this spring and just recently for the fall leaves. Make the extra effort not only to clean the gutters, but any large residue that fell out to the ground. Even moved the outdoor furniture out of the way, and put it back. I called Windows Gutters Ect after a recent rain storm. My gutters were spilling over and thought that they may be clogged and in need of cleaning. When I called, the receptionist told me it would be a week before someone could come out. After I explained my issue, she said that she would have Ray call me back. Ray called me back and said he would stop by that evening. When Ray arrived, he was very professional and knew what he was doing. He spent about an hour power washing my gutters as well as my patio. This is a great company. Power washed all my gutters and downspouts. Power washed siding, patio and gutters to clear any residual crud from the gutters. Took all of the gunk from the gutters away. After the last heavy rain, I noticed that rain water was coming down over the gutters like a waterfall. I was concerned water would seep under the roof and cause a leak. I have had the gutters cleaned a few months ago but maybe they weren't done well. I called Ray and he was able to quickly come out to check out the situation. The gutters were so clogged that even 2 days later they were still filled with stagnant water with decay debris. Apparently this has been a longer term issue and not a recent clog. Ray cleared all the gutters of our 2 story home and even was sure to run the hose to be sure all was clear. He also was considerate and cleaned up the fallen debris well. We had all our windows last year. The guy was not having a good day and was banging the ladder around and on his cell phone most of the time arguing. He ended up ripping some very expensive curtains and banged up a few window ledges. We paid extra to have screens fixed. Now about 40% of the screens are on the wrong windows with large gaps with no screen coverage or banging around with the wind blows. read more

After missing his first appointment, calling 2 hours after it was scheduled to reschedule for the next day, he didn't bother to show up or call before missing the second one as well. After calling him, he gave a lame excuse about his truck being broken down and offered to do the job for free in order to not get a bad review here. No thanks. If you're going to be late, call. If the truck broke down, call. If I have to call you, I'm not going to believe it's your truck that's the problem. A good business is on top of this stuff and honest. Ray is incredible. As a new resident to the area it was so nice to have someone who returned phone calls immediately and followed through on excellent service.
