He received a text Sunday from the company that the appt was the following day at 8am. That's wasn't correct. So he called them Monday morning to ensure appt was at 3pm. The receptionist confirmed and said they would be out at 3. Monday comes and at 3:30pm He calls and ask where they are. Not here. And receptionist said the appt was for at the shop. He advised her it was not for the shop but a mobile repair and that he called Friday and also Monday morning to confirm this information. She didn't seem to careless that he wasted his time booking and even took time off work to be here for an appt that they didn't show up for. He didn't get a call back either after hanging up frustrated when she informed him they weren't even on their way. She didn't care to make any of this right. I called them up Safe Life Auto and they said they would send their roadside assistance to come to my house fix or replace the window since it is covered under the insurance I decided that I would just replaced the whole window. But I wanted to go to there on-site place since that's just my preference. I set up an appointment which was pretty quick they got me in when I got there it was a smooth check in I decided to wait in there waiting room and within an hour they had the window completely removed and fixed with a new window. At this point I have no problems with the window it looks totally brand new and I would highly recommend this place. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get any photos but the place was clean and they had some water and coffee in there waiting room.

Went in twice but they couldn't reproduce the problem in the shop. They finally stated they would replace the windshield under warranty. Went on for the replacement but upon leaving,cit appeared they either didn't replace the glass or they recreated the identifying mark I had put on the glass in question.
