The clams were so tasty and tender we ordered them at dinner #2. Our huge salt-baked fish for two came out with a flourish. The server expertly removed the salt crust and boned it for us. I did not have one bone on my plate! It was the best, freshest fish I've had in a long time. No bones to pick with this dish! Our second dinner was Grilled Turbot.
