The only reason I'm giving 4/5 and not 5/5 is because the building itself has seen better days and in comparison to some other bridal boutiques it just didn't have as much elegance (though was still very nice!) also it felt less intimate since there were probably 3-4 other fittings going on and you had to walk through at least one of them to get to our fitting room, which felt a bit awkward. The store appeared poorly maintained - the carpet was noticeable dirty, the walls looked unclean, and the restroom was absolutely filthy. I walked in and turned around immediately; it was that bad. If I were the manager at that location, I would be deeply embarrassed by the lack of attention given to the store's appearance and condition. It's clear the cleanliness and customer comfort are not priorities at this location.
