Very rude, terrible service!! Waiting 40 minutes in line for the sales associate to tell me they don't accept returns for jewelry every though it was untouched and I bought the jewelry 1 hour prior but found a cheaper deal at a store called Icing which was directly beside the store. Everyone was rude and the store was slam packed with 3 or 4 associates. ONLY ONE PERSON WAS AT THE REGISTER WHILE YOU THE LINE WAS WRAPPED AROUND THE STORE! Close this store immediately. Slow checkout process. How are there 3 people behind the counter, but one person checking people out and going extremely slow. I waited 15 minutes behind one person just to buy a dress. Super bad customer service & super rude. Ppl here don't even ask for help or even help you out. They have fake sales make ppl believe they have 5 dollars sales and they come out for regular price. I got something from the entrance with a sign saying 5 dollars applies to all sales iteams and was still arguing with me it was regular price. Knowing if you have proof and show them the price they will still deny the price. Hate this place . I never been to place with this bad service. I've never seen such rude employees at a store until visiting this location. My mask had fallen below my nose and one employee walked by and said, "put your mask on atleast" as she stormed past me. I was confused on why she couldn't simply ask me to put it on without being so rude?? Then a couple minutes later, a different employee came up to me (while i was wearing my mask correctly) and VERY RUDELY threatened to kick me out of the store if I "couldn't keep my mask on." I had been wearing my mask the entire time since the first employee said something to me. I then put all my clothes back and left empty handed because I was not going to give my money to a store who treated customers this way. They have very cute clothes but the employees are behind disrespectful and have 0 customer service. I am reading the reviews on this store and I am very shocked. I had nothing but a beyond wonderful experience with Alyssa Shober who is the manager of this store and Ashlee Putman who is the co manager. I was looking for a bodysuit that was only sold during Halloween. I had seen it at the Columbus, OH store. I went online to buy it but it was sold out. Alyssa's store only had a small size. She was very helpful and offered to have the size I needed transferred to her store if I found it at any other store location. I was disconnected from her when I went into a blind cellphone spot at work. Alyssa actually called me back after checking with another local store to see if they had the bodysuit I wanted. She gave me a few stores in their system to try to see if they had it in stock. Sadly, they didn't but since I had some time, I called around to other stores in Kentucky, Georgia, Nevada, and California. It was the Bakersfiield store manager who was able to look in their system and gave me five stores in the US that showed that they had more than one in stock. The third store was in Massachusetts amd they had the size I needed. I went in person to the Opry Mills location, met with Alyssa and Ashlee who put the order in for the bodysuit to be sent to their store. I have to pay the shipping which is something I would have done with online. I am fine with that because I am getting what I want. EVERY store member that I had spoken to was helpful and polite with suggestions of how to get what I desired. This company has a loyal customer now simply because I was treated very well across the board. I am looking forward to having the bodysuit from this company. DO NOT GO HERE! Both times I've been in this store I've had similar experiences. The employees SUCK! Let me start by saying I have NEVER stolen anything in my life! The employees here are so freaking paranoid and over the top that I felt awful and left with nothing both visits! The first time I was trying on a couple different coats In front of one of their mirrors and one of the employees stood there and watched me and asked me what I planned to wear with the coat I thought wow that's nice and she picked up everything I had intended to try on and like rummaged through them, I thought that's nice of her to be so concerned with my outfit, Naïvely so. But then I had this weird feeling after I noticed all the employees staring at me and I wasn't sure why I hadn't done anything wrong! Then I found a couple shirts I wanted to try on WITH the coat that I finally decided on, so I told the woman at the fitting rooms exactly how many items I had and she counted and put them on the rack in the dressing room (like they usually do) and before closing the curtain she said "hang on a second" and started searching on the coat at first i thought she was looking for the price tag because maybe she wanted to purchase one for herself. I asked her what she was looking for and once she found the sensor she mumbled something that made no sense and then I realized they were paranoid I was going to try to steal the coat! I mean is it a crime to try on coats? Wide open In the middle of a store? I was so mortified and had such shame put upon me (even though I know in my heart I did nothing wrong!) that I didn't buy anything and left the store. I only went back in today as it's the day before New Year's Eve and need a dress for tomorrow night. I tried on 4 and walked out of the dressing room with the dress I intended to buy.. with no problem. BUT as I was looking for a necklace to wear with my dress I took several to a mirror,set them on a little shelf/area right next to the mirror and held each one up to my neck, setting each one down and picking up another just to see what each one looked like with the dress, that I was holding up to me with the other hand... and out of no where here comes a sales associate who was extremely rude saying "can I take these to the counter for you? " I instantly remembered how terrible they treated me with the coat and realized they were super paranoid once again that I was going to steal something!! I looked at her and said in a very confused tone "well.. no I'm deciding which one I want.." she gave me a smirk the best way I can describe it is a snarky smirk, as if to imply that I was going to try to steal! I was mortified because everyone around me heard and one woman that was shopping in particular looked at me and then at the sales woman with a look that said she had no right to treat me that way! It's just wrong. I can understand a company needing to make sure people don't steal.. but there's got to be a better way to go about it so that the costumer doesn't have this over bearing heavy feeling like they are doing something wrong. Maybe have signs saying you can't hold stuff up to you in the mirror or have security standing by to just watch people a little closer.. because I could see if someone put something in their purse or pocket but for people that are doing NOTHING except trying to pick items to purchase it's a little excessive. I almost told the woman today you are more than welcome to stand there and watch me hold these to my neck, I've never stolen anything in my life and have money to purchase things and I sure as heck am not going to steal a $9 cubic zirconia necklace. I have had the worse, I mean the wooooooooorse customer service experience here at this store! I had to do a return and not only was the 19 year old female rude and unprofessional with me she did not put the money back on my card, she actually charged me again for the dress that I returned!!!!! I understand mistakes happen but if she wasn't being so rude and ugly with me she could have paid more attention to what she was doing. But not only have I still not received my refund I have spoken to the store manager, corporate customer service, accounting, sent email after email and I have yet to hear back from anyone. This is so ridiculous it's sad. The clothing items and quality are good but the customer service sucks big time!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is pretty much the only place i buy my all my clothes. Although, the customer service is pretty terrible. Almost every employee walks around with a bad attitude. If you come up to checkout, ask for a fitting room, or ask them for any help in general, they act like you're bothering them.. not my idea of good customer service!
