My appointment was this past Saturday. My experience at this bridal store was horrible. When myself and my party entered, we were told to pull some dresses that we liked while we waited for my consultant. My consultant told my party to "calm down" with all the picking after they chose 3 dresses and never introduced herself to my family. My consultant at didn't seem like she was listening to any of my preferences. The situation seemed like she was choosing dresses that she liked. Throughout the appointment, she continued to pull dresses that were, over budget, the wrong material ( she kept pulling dresses with so much tulle) and overall not my style that we discussed. Every dress she pulled was either 6 sizes too large or 4 too small so I was unable to get an accurate depiction of what the dress was going to look like on myself. I am not a picky person but it truly was awful. Every critique I had about the dress, was followed by her saying that it could be fixed with a strap or removal of beads, or a completley changing the structure of the dress or some other very expensive alteration. While I did appreciate her trying to fix the problem, she never differentiated from the style of dress that she pulled ( that were huge, heavy and had about 15 layers of tulle). My consultant never helped me by adjusting any of the dresses, ( she also never helped me put any of them on either). She never helped fluff the train or hold it so I could walk. My future mother in law had me attempt to tuck the material between my legs to see what the dress could look like on her knees. Her reaction to my family having to help was was very aloof. She also didn't seem like she had a very good knowledge of the inventory of the store. She would leave me on the stage in a dress that was very uncomfortable for several minutes while looking for "just the dress" and return with the exact same style that i had told her I didn't want. I stated what I wanted several times to her. I didn't even leave the dressing room to show my party a few of the dresses and she would argue with me. The last and perhaps the largest issue I had was that all of the dresses either myself or my guests chose were continuously intentionally placed to the back of the rack to try on by her. When my mother and cousin moved them to the front, she moved them to the back again and seemed annoyed. When my mom asked " can we please see her in this dress?" after about the 9th dress that I didn't like , my mom was ignored and was given a sour attitude. This was my second bridal appointment ever trying on a wedding dresses and I can tell you that if I hadn't had such a positive experience at the shop i had been to earlier in the day, I would have been in tears and this would have ruined the bridal dress experience. I'm writing this review based off my terrible experience in the hopes that the shop management will read it and make some major changes in how they treat their customers.

I was terrified and walked into my appointment already feeling defeated and like I would have to just settle for anything that fit. Sharon, the owner, worked with me directly. When I walked in, I was surprised to see that she had an entire rack filled with beautifully diverse dresses of all different shapes and styles that were in my size. I tried on many different dresses and she was so professional, compassionate and kind to me. She never once made me feel like I would have to settle for simplicity because of my size, instead she guaranteed me that we would work together until I found my dream dress, and she did just that. She treated me and my family with such respect, and made me feel so beautiful and special, and she even helped me come out of my shell and have a bit of fun! She threw accessories and creativity at me with each dress to show me that any of the dresses can be made even more unique with some fun additions. My dress is more beautiful than I ever could have hoped for, and I absolutely cannot wait to marry my best friend wearing it. I am beyond thankful and proud to now be a Tiffany's Bride!

I was warned that a new dress would be cheaper, but I didn't want to risk it not arriving in time or the sizing still being not quite right. It was well worth the cost to have the dress fit perfectly. Oksana instantly saw the problems and got to work when I arrived at her shop. It took 45 minutes for her to pin everything in place, and I really appreciated her thoroughness and focus. In the end she had to hem it and take it in significantly at the waist and under the arms, which involved multiple layers of different fabrics, removal and reapplication lace appliques and an attached belt, and reshaping the entire top. She priced out each individual alteration so I knew exactly how much it would cost for each step. The turnaround time was very fast for how much work she had to do and how busy her shop is, and when I came back to try it on it was perfect. I received many compliments and plan on wearing it to future formal events.

What truly sets Trinh apart is her honesty and expertise. Today, I went back for the third time, bringing in a recently purchased vintage leather jacket that I thought needed tailoring. Instead of just taking on the job, Trinh carefully assessed the fit and showed us that if worn at shoulder height, the jacket was already perfect. She was upfront in saying she wouldn't feel comfortable altering it because it truly didn't need to be tailored. That level of integrity is rare, and we left feeling so grateful for her honesty. I picked them up and they were discolored but I thought I could use a suede brush to smooth them out. Then when I got home I tried them on and they did not fit they shrunk to a point where they are uncomfortable. They fit me fine before so I took them back today to ask them what happened and she said that it wasn't my fault but it also was not their fault I asked her if magic caused them to shrink and she said yes. I asked for the owner's phone number and she refused to provide it to me. I told her that I would be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and she didn't seem to care. I was also not offered a refund. They also refused to file an insurance claim. Don't clean your Uggs and don't go to this place.

It appeared they used bleach or some kind of heavy duty solvent. It's ruined and no longer matches the other 3. They didn't make an effort to tell us it couldn't be cleaned or turn us away initially. We take our special / valuable clothes to a place like this because we trust them to clean things correctly, every time. They don't hit that bar often enough for our family any longer. Today Tiffany who is amazing cared for me in a professional manner that exceeds customer service. If you read about my shirt dilemma then please realize I now have the shirt and it looks great. I started using Puritan cleaners when I was mostly taking in shirts for work. Back then I was doing the laundry for the family and one member of my family needed his shirts cleaned professionally.
