The workers were very efficient in their tasks, be it cutting fresh brisket, replenishing food items, or cleaning the store. My husband grabbed a brisket sandwich and a key lime pie pudding cup, both of which he said were delicious and again worth the hype. I didn't get anything as I had leftovers from the previous day, but I would have probably grabbed their famous pulled-pork sandwich if I didn't. I gave her $2 in bills and received quarters. She said nothing about the air machine. I put in my quarters and nothing happened. Air machine would not work. I went back inside the store and talked to another clerk who informed me that the air machine did not work when you used quarters. She said I had to use a credit card. I told her I had already put $1,50 in the machine. She said there was nothing she could do because Loaf N Jug did not own the machine. I said why wasn't there a sign on the air machine telling people not to use quarters. She said she thought there was one. So the only option I had was to pay another $1.75 using my credit card hoping that it worked. Needless to say I left and will never shop at that store ever.
