Communication around costs is unclear and can be misleading. On top of that, the office manager is extremely rude, and the staff is not welcoming or friendly, which makes the overall experience even more frustrating. They wanted a referral so I sent it to the email address they gave me. First time "Oahu" was misspelled. Second time "surgery" was missing a "y". They called the referring doctor without asking me to verify the email address they gave me to send. I just resent the email the third time and it went through. The staff can't spell and can't do their jobs properly. Sigh. I hope the oral surgeon is not like the staff I dealt with. Overall, I am not impressed with this office at all. I am so glad I went through this before the actual oral surgery for my son. I firmly believe that things happen for a reason. The doctor asked me to delete the review bc it will deteimentally affect the business. If I were the business owner, I would be grateful to get good and bad feedback and improve accordingly based on the feedback. Why couldn't this be addressed when he was talking to me instead of asking me to remove the review? Finally, the office manager said she would check with the insurance company and send me an updated sheet with the cost the next day. It has been two weeks and nothing has been sent to us.
