Since we were here last month, there's even more machines that are inoperable. Been coming here since it opened and things have definitely gone downhill a lot in the last year or so. From the machines you need to load credit onto your swipe card needing 10+ attempts to read the card to the card readers on the machines themselves not working the first few times. Washers and dryers that are broken don't seem to be fixed in any timely manner anymore, (I'm talking at least a month with some, and I know it's not a parts issue...I have a friend that repairs commercial laundry equipment for a living). With the other laundromats in the area closing down, I feel like they're just letting this one go since they know people will come regardless if they NEED to use it. While I appreciate the clean facility and attentive staff, I have a dispute concerning adding funds to my laundry card. I loaded $20 onto my registered laundry card via credit card. Although the transaction was confirmed on-screen and deducted from my account, the funds never appeared on my card. The attendant on duty noted my card number and advised that management would credit the balance. However, when I returned this week, the credit had not been applied. The attendant suggested a card number mismatch, but I only own the single card registered in my name. Because the initial $20 charge remains uncredited despite my follow-up, I would appreciate a prompt refund or balance adjustment. But I'm probably not going to get my desired outcome and don't want to come off rude. So.....? I won't be going back. read more

This place was super convenient and efficient. They have large machines that allow you to wash up to 9 loads! This was great for all of my large blankets that don't really fit in my washer at home. They use a card system that is super convenient, safe, and fun because I won a free wash just for reloading money into my card. If you're not used to washing your clothes at a laundromat, be sure to read the directions to the washers and don't make the mistake I made by putting the detergent in the fabric softener dispenser. I chose this laundromat based off of previous reviews. But I was sadly disappointed upon my arrival of this establishment. A considerable amount of machines were out of service or had special instructions attached to them. Some machines required a 20 minute break between washes. One of the card dispensing machines was also out of order. I think there is a bathroom but I couldn't locate it. The long hallway I was sent down led me to the business next door. There was a giant cockroach clinging to the wall near the ceiling and although they are common around here it's still unsettling to see. Other laundromats typically provide a sterile setting. I needed a hot shower after this visit. I gave it two stars because the 3 machines i used seemed to work (some articles of clothing still damp) and the attendant was kind. read more

Love how they have a laundry card system instead of having to carry around the crap load of quarters or having to go through the annoyance of small fees when you change your bills to quarters. The attendant was very nice, letting us know what time the washing machines automatically stop taking new loads in at a certain time (which is 8:30 PM). He even was nice enough to offer us help loading in our laundry into the machines. So this was my third time coming here and my first time I was approached about my little dog that I brought in with me. So apparently the other two times I came in the worker's were okay with it but not today. I must say they need to be consistent because all the other times I came here dogs were in here. Come one come all and Bring That Dirty Laundry!!! I had some pillows and comforters that needed washing so here I went to try out the new laundromat in town. And yes it was all that and a bag of chips bruddah. The laundry card machines were effortless and dummy proof so even I didn't have to think twice to get my new card and get started. There were many DIFFERENT sized laundry machines so now you can do all your laundry in ONE MACHINE. Yes you heard me right. No more waiting for those stinkers to open up now you just go throw all 3, 4, 5, 6...or even 9 loads in one machine and all Pau. Mind blown right? Whoever actually thought of putting these different sized machines in is genius. John was there and very attentive to every single customer and asked if we needed help with anything. He was also sweeping and keeping the place very tidy. The dryer machines only work 4 minutes at a time for 25 cents. So there I was having to keep starting the machine over after every 4 minute drying cycle until John came over and showed me that after starting the dryer you can just reinsert the laundromat card and add more time while the machine is still running. Boom problem solved. Then he put money back on my card for having run the short dry cycles several times. Thank you for the great customer service John! Other Pros: There's 2 parking spots right in front of the doors, quite literally so if you have young keiki you don't even have to worry about cars zooming by as you attempt to cross the parking lot. There's an awesome boba shop next door (say hi to Susan at Tea Home)! There's no excuse because now, Laundry day is fun again. PS. If you have a red shirt and white socks I recommend you separate whites from colors that may bleed out and do separate loads. You may think this is a no brainer but I bet even you laundry pros learned through experience. The machines are fairly priced because no matter if you use a 3 load machine or a 9 load machine it costs the same per load for all the machines. $1.50 x the load size. So the 3 load size machine costs $4.50 and the 9 load size costs $13.50. read more

Over here vacationing from the mainland. We are light packers and I prefer to take home clean clothing as we are six time zones away and we want to spend our last day off readjusting to the time. The reviews of this laundry are spot on. Very clean, machines in good order. We went on a Hawaiian state holiday which I'm sure was a busier sort of day. The gentleman who was overseeing the laundry greeted us warmly and helped us with the card system. We got done pretty quick. The A/C is a huge deal. Hawaii in the summer seems a lot like Maryland....hot and humid. A/C was appreciated! We hope to come back in a few years....definitely would use again. read more

With all of the wet weather recently, it's been really difficult to dry your laundry outside. I arrived home from work one day and my wife announced that we needed to go to the laundromat to dry our clothes. There's several laundromats in Kaneohe so we had lots to choose from but we remembered that a new one had just opened across from Times Supermarket. We headed there to check it out. And there it was...we walked in and we saw...rows of brand new machines...so shiny! Everything is clean and very spacious. And lo and behold, they use cards! You get a card and you can pay to put credit on the card and you use it to pay for the use of the machines there. No more carrying around loose change or hunting around the house for quarters. Now I can use my credit card. And it's cheap! $.25 for 4 minutes! We loaded our laundry into the dryers and sat down to wait. What? Free wifi! No way! What a bonus! Score! No wonder those other people around me had laptops...lol I really liked going here. It's very clean, uses the cards, which you can register so you can get your credit back even if you lose it. It wasn't packed, like some of the other laundromats in Kaneohe. The owners are very friendly. They will come and talk to you and explain everything and really try to help you out. I like the atmosphere and the quality of the machines and the pricing is pretty good too. Plus, if you get hungry while you wait, you can always run across to Times. I'll be returning when the weather's wet again and I need a laundromat to dry my clothes. read more

I've been coming here for the past few years, but my last couple of trips have been a nightmare. I'm really sad that it's come to this... especially because Ive spent money here weekly. The owner and one of other gentleman working is nice, but everything else has gone downhill and isnt what it used to be. I stopped coming for a while, then decided to give it another try. Now I know not to come back. There have been a few times when the washer has malfunctioned, leaving my clothes damp. Imagine already putting your clothes in for a 25 minute wash, then having to wash them again for another 25 minutes. It's just annoying, I'm trying to sound like I'm whining but really I just wanna do my laundry and leave. Rather than them offering to pay for the mistake, I'm always told that there's nothing they can do and I'll have to just pay for it again. I always use the large load washers too, those range from $9-$13.50. I don't think it's right that I have to pay because their machines malfunctioned. Other laundromats have helped with the problem with no problems. Even when the dryers have left my clothes damp (which happens often, no matter how much more time I add), they say they can't do anything about it, and that I should just move my clothes to a different dryer and pay again. Beware, this place attracts a certain type of crowd... other customers can be pretty rude and "claim" the laundry carts, leaving none for others to use. Parking is harder to find now. Yes, the ac is nice, but it's not worth the headache anymore. read more

Love this place as does my husband. Well insulated. Plenty of washers and drivers. A card system is used which takes either cash (bills only) or card which can be quite convenient. One can apply whatever amount one wants rather than having set amounts. That way one doesn't have to worry about charging too much if using a card. A couple of tables for those who want to fold their clothes right there. Several carts to help keep clothes and other items in which comes along a bar to hang up clothes. Washers comes in various sizes depending on the size of loads. For an example, some of the machines can take up loads that could be used in 3 separate washers. Prices vary depending on the size washer one uses. The washers does notify you when it's the right time to add bleach if needed. Laundry liquids are applied on top of the machine but all within arms reach even for those on the short side such as myself. The dryers also comes in various sizes. It's 25 cents per 4 minutes. It is a bit tedious to keep inserting the card just to add minutes to the machine but nothing to be angry amount. A good amount of seats are provided. A key to the bathroom can be received from whomever is in charge of the place at the point in time. The place is often kept clean. The workers are nice and helpful. It's much worth coming to this place as I can get my laundry done in half the time in comparison to how long it takes for me to get it all done at the apartment complex we live in. What's also convenient of this place as it's surrounded by plenty of places to get food and drink while you wait. Food and drinks are allowed inside so long as you pick up after yourself. A Times Supermarket it just right across. Boba drinks and other items can be bought from Tea Home next door. Jack-In-The-Box is just down the street in walking distance. Perfect to have when waiting especially when everything is running. Just don't leave any personal items about if you decide to walk out a bit. Preferable to get food and/or drinks before or after. We will continue to utilize this place regardless of how far we have to drive. It doesn't bother us as it's a nice little drive out to and from our place. Definitely worth it. read more

I finally came to check out this place after driving by their "flag" numerous times. I must say I was very impressed. It's super clean , air-conditioned with lots of washers, dryers, basket (x-large sizes), chairs and tables. I am used to spending 70 minutes washing and drying my clothes. Here took me 100 minutes. For me, I rather deal with coin operated machines.
