I love this little hole in the wall. Just on the corner with horse farms all around, this place is unique and one of a kind for those looking for a different place to eat. It's always busy, but when a place offers Ale-8 through the fountain, you know you hit the right spot. The service was great and my food was wonderful. I got the Kentucky Boy Po Boy. Highly recommend.

I'm super disappointed that I had not discovered this place sooner. The ambiance is cozy and quaint, and the food is delectable. I had the opportunity to visit with my colleagues. They were excited to eat here and now I know why. I had a fried tofu poboy (not the menu name) and it was very good. I also tried a scone. Definitely would love to visit this establishment again. The best part is that is that it is not far from home.

Great little ambiance in this little market just outside of Lexington. Had a good menu to choose from with locally sourced meat. We ordered the chicken salad sandwich (not pictured) and the crispy fried chicken sandwich. The special sauce is basically tartar sauce. I would recommend getting that sauce on the side. Wish the chicken had more toppings and condiments. Fried chicken was cooked well. Definitely recommend trying this place out. Will be going back.

Super cute country store and restaurant. It definitely is a little discovery if you're in the Lexington area. The food was ok, but the relaxed location and friendly staff are a plus. You order at the counter before sitting. They have so much to offer from baked goods; local things, and liquor. It's a nice little pit stop. I enjoyed the fish. The coleslaw and Brussel sprouts needed a bit more seasoning for my taste, but it was ok. It was fresh and cooked to order.

Stopped for lunch with a friend. Had the Crispy Chicken Sammy, with pickles and shredded lettuce. Good choice. Tender bird. Came with Miss Vicki's Salt & Vinegar Chips. My friend had the Windy Burger. Good, too. 102

Another dining establishment that is worthy of more stars than I can provide in my review. Nor can I do it justice but I will try. We started off with warm beer cheese which came with a wide assortment of vegetables and warm rolls to dip in the cheese. Next I had a bowl of steamed vegetables that were seasoned with salt and pepper. I eat veggies all the time and I've not learned how to prepare them like this. My veggie bowl was filled with new potatoes, Brussel sprouts, zucchini, yellow squash and broccoli and seasoned with just salt & pepper. I requested that they leave out the butter to make it vegan. There were one or two other items that could have been adapted to be vegan. For dessert we enjoyed beignets with a homemade chocolate sauce that was divine. It was just hard to describe how delicious it is. Just order it and enjoy it.

Super cozy and cute vibes at the Windy Corner Market ! This restaurant/ cafe is a hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle of UK, which I am a fan of! The service is always friendly and efficient (also welcoming!). The food is comfort forward and delicious! I got a burger and really enjoyed it! I came with a few friends and they also enjoyed their meals - I look forward to coming back!

This restaurant was just off the expressway and was recommended to our group as we were driving back from a weekend away. There are menus available as you come in, and you put your order in at the register as you enter. We came during brunch, and they had a wide variety of breakfast and lunch food available. And everyone was able to get something they enjoyed. I got the Vegetable Breakfast Wrap and a 1/2 order of Biscuit and Gravy. The biscuits and gravy were delicious and could be split with a friend. The vegetable breakfast buritto was also good. I really liked the sauce in the buritto and found it not to be too overwhelming. There were some side options that did come with the buritto. There was a lot of parking available which made getting in easy. You also get to enjoy some farm lands with horses as you make your way to the restaurant, which makes for a great drive.

It's been a little since I've stopped in. Some of the items that was only daily specials are now on everyday menu. Hot Brown, Shrimp n Grits & Meatloaf. Nice to see that, These maybe there best items. We stopped for dessert, Had the bourbon pecan chocolate pie, Very good.

Very quaint seating area. Sweet Tea was on point! The lady that took my order, also made our food. There was a slight rush of customers & another staff came from the back to assist. Both were friendly to everyone. So, we get our food & I check it out to get pics...everything looks AMAZING!! Well worth the price! The Salad looked so hearty, I ordered another one to-go for my husband (minus ham). We tasted our sandwiches & broccoli side while we waited on second Salad. Delicious!!! I was pleasantly surprised. Rachel, the bartender, and Mike, owner, were both working behind the bar and both welcomed me and introduced themselves. The service was great, the burger the best you can get on this side of town. It was fast, attentive, and followed up to ensure that I was happy. It's got a smokers patio for those of us who don't want to die from natural causes and the regulars out there were friendly and talkative. When I asked for my check I got it. Both Rachel and Mike thanked me for coming in and invited me back. Stop in and don't miss this one. I'm glad I'm a bike ride from the place.

One time i paid the girl beer for beer, no tab. when i was leaving she insisted that i owed for 4 beers. Another time me and a friend had 2 beers apiece, i went inside and paid.
