[[HIGHLIGHT]]The outside seating is definitely worth coming to eat here especially sitting up top.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Warm buffalo chicken dip is served in an iron skillet with pita chips was fire. You definitely have to try one of the burgers, we got the double Chevy burger and beast burger which is 1/2 pound wagyu burger with their house made pickles. You can't go wrong with either burger. Thank me later and get the Brussel Sprouts as a side. OMG. Service was great also!

Good grief, I keep forgetting about this place just cause we never go to Chevy Chase and then I remember it's here. So many options, and the specials rotate a lot. The fried duck rangoon is a delicious option (unless you just don't like cream cheese), but the fattiness carries the sauce so well. Also, tacos are always a good option - Taco Tuesday specials are so worth it. Lots of service options (to go, at the bar, sit down service). You can even get a delivery to Beer Trappe! Everyone has been super nice every time we've gone and very helpful even with silly questions. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It can get kinda loud, especially on event nights, but outdoor seating is great when the weather is nice![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Delicious food and a fun atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not quite fitting for accommodating large groups but made it work for us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We had to sit outside and it was raining so we did get a little wet but staff brought out towels for us to dry off.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They messed up the bill but were quick to fix and helped give recommendations for other places to visit in the area! Food was quick to come out and tasted great. The proportions are fairly large and the drinks, especially the Bloody Mary, could be a whole meal itself. We were expecting lunch and they had their brunch menu out which is served until 2 on Saturdays but still enjoyed and found something for everyone. See the pics for reference!

My family and I met up for lunch this afternoon at this beautiful establishment. The server was kind and welcoming.. she made sure our drinks were filled consistently and was patient with us when my family decided to wait on the dinner menu (2PM) even though we arrived early. We were able to eat breakfast or dinner! I ordered the "famous wings" and was delighted with the ranch as well as the fries. All of the food that was prepared for us was fresh and none of us left unhappy. I will be back! Try the breakfast nachos! Undoubtedly the best "nachos" I've ever had.

I came here for brunch with a friend and got the fried chicken sandwich and it had pimento cheese and bacon and it was very tasty. I wish there were more jalapeños, but I am a big fan of jalapeños. The shrimp sriracha tacos were also quite tasty and nicely fried. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The server was great, but it was kind of hard to hear because there's an echo inside and there was a large party sitting next to us[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

How fun! We had such an amazing time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We went around 5:30 and they were more busy towards when we left.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior is more college sports vibes.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was so great and so were the drinks!! If you like a sweeter kahlua drink get the bamboo bear! It was so cute and comes in an adorable mug!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Fun place!! The interior is cool with indoor seating at tables or at the bar, as well as upstairs and a rooftop![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere was cool, plus TV's inside to watch sports.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We went around 7:30pm on a Friday and the place had open spots.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food is decent - the salmon was good but lots of sauce, the sirloin was moderate, and the BLT was a classic. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall, nice spot.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Big Bowl of Loaded Fries - poutine style

Pretty solid spot for a pre UK football game meal. Came here with my husband, his brother, and hid brother's wife, who are season ticket holders and very graciously invited us. We thought we'd return the favor by taking them out to eat to a place in Lexington they've been eyeing for a while. I had stared at the menu well before we came, and I had a hard time deciding what I wanted. My brother-in-law agreed to split the Chevy Chase Cheesesteak and the Loaded Mac and Cheese. But first, we started with some of the poutine-style fries, which were pretty good. As for the entrees, they were also pretty good. I'm not sure that the cheesesteak warrants the "crowd favorite" trophy next to it on the menu, but it wasn't bad. The mac and cheese was very decadent. The locale is pretty big, going up two stories with an open, sports bar feel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty decent spot, glad we checked it out.

    Bar Area - Christmas Decor

Bear & the Butcher hosted us for our Book & Sip Club holiday brunch and it was nothing short of amazing! The staff was incredibly accommodating to our needs and did a great job organizing our large group and ensuring everyone's order was accurate and arrived on time! Definitely check out the breakfast cocktails and appetizers - the apple cranberry dip was amazing! And the Christmas decor was so cozy. We can't wait to come back after the holidays and explore the rest of their dinner menu!

We chose it for the convenient location and the resemblance to a NKY band by the same name. Don't let the counter-ordering process or cafeteria tray-paper plate service dissuade you. The food quality and quantity are on point and the prices are moderate. My husband rates the Southern Eggs Benedict among the best he's ever had. My Breakfast Plate scrambled eggs were soft and creamy and the large biscuit with honey butter was worth every carb and calorie. The coffee is excellent and we even splurged on their sweet-and-salty kitchen sink cookie. As if that isn't enough, DV8 Kitchen is a second chance employer for people in recovery and everyone we encountered was pleasant and hard-working. We wish them all success and we'll certainly be back.

I must admit when I saw the size of her donuts I laughed because they were so big. Long story short what she got was a cronut not the traditional cake donut. Previously I've had the raspberry filled donut there and it was really good. The caramel turtle is also a cronut. She asked what kind of dough it was my guess was brioche because of the texture. I could be wrong. I liked my donut although it was a little messy to eat . My friend on the other hand didn't care for the cronut. The coffee though is always on point and it didn't disappoint. As for customer service they really are on point. I've been there a total of three times so far and every time they've been friendly and patient. Plenty of seating indoors and on the patio.
