I went here with a friend and we has a great time! They provide the canvas, paint, brushes, aprons, and, of course, the instructor who walks the group through everything! Neither of us are artists, so we weren't sure how our pictures would turn out. We did select a night that featured a nature picture since we figured that would be more forgiving than something that had a definite "reality" like the one of the Indianapolis skyline...my trees are my trees, but the buildings downtown aren't exactly open to much interpretation! Believe it or not, our pictures came out sort of looking like the sample! We're not exactly ready to quit our day jobs, but we are planning to hang them somewhere in our homes. The instructor was great, but did speed up a lot at the end because we were running short on time, so we all got a little lost at the very end. The paints are acrylic, so they wash out of clothing and off hands easily (yes, I tested this theory and it is true!). The paint also dries fast so you don't head home with a wet canvas. The food options were good; I had a cheese, salami, grapes and crackers plate and my friend opted for chips and salsa. The portions are huge and so definitely shareable! They had some packaged chocolate items that looked pretty tasty too. The wines are good and fairly priced at $4 for house and $6 for specialty. They also have beer, cocktails, coffee and soft drinks. The one downside is that there is nowhere to put your food and wine without invading the space of others since they do pack people in pretty tightly. This is a great spot for a girls night out! We'll likely be back and will bring along some of the rest of the crew!

Super fun! A fun day to spend some times with friends and pretend you're amazing artist ha. I did the unlimited mimosas for $10, which was a great deal and enjoyed our paint class. The teacher was a bit fast but still very fun! I also noticed they were hosting a party in a back room for a little kids party. If I had a 10 year old this would be an awesome birthday party idea! Definitely a place to check out for a new fun activity. Just heads up the drinks can be pricey when you're already paying for the class.

My boyfriend took me out here as one of my birthday surprises. I had no idea what I am getting into, where we are going and what to expect. I am so glad he picked this place for an amazing date night/birthday celebration. He had the reservation done online and when we went in, we just checked-in, got our canvas and aprons and were asked to sit anywhere we like. It was a full-house that day. After placing our canvas, we went to the bar area to get some wine (:P Hence, called "wine and canvas"). After getting back to our seats, we were then informed about the whole process and brushes and colors we will be using. Everything was provided expect the drinks. You have to pay additionally for the drinks. There was an instructor/artist, who taught every stroke and the whole process of canvas painting. It took us 3 hours to complete the painting of the day. There was also a 15 minute break at half-time for stretching your neck and fixing your painting (if you are lacking behind or just want to brush up). We decided to get more wine during that time. The background music was fun and the whole night was pretty amazing. If you haven't tried this before, then you must do it soon! If you enjoy painting and drinking, this is the place for you. And also, you don't need to know painting to paint here. The instructor is pretty awesome and walks you through every step. So its okay, if you are horrible at painting. You would still have the best of the time.

I can't wait to set up a class here with my awesome wife Pamela. This place is amazing!

I took my two young sons here this morning for their "Cookies & Canvas" and they both had a great time and are eager to come back and paint again! I get emphasize how awesome this place is! It is a super "date night" as well as a great saturday mooring place to take the kids! The prices are very reasonable and they tale care of all set up and clean up! The staff is awesome and this is a memorable experience for singles or couple or entire families!

    Clean slate!!!

I did a cookies and canvas withy niece, sister-in-law and mother-in-law. I really enjoyed the ambiance and super friendly staff. Overall, enjoyed the teacher and support staff (although she went a little quick at the end). Did not feel rushed out but the last instructions were a little quick for novices. The canvas outcomes were fun and the process was great. Was a little bummed that the cookies were store bought and nothing special and nothing complimentary to drink . Also, while there were two TV/videos of the activities, the quality wasn't great and it would have been easier to follow if more TV/video options. Overall, a lovely way to spend the morning with fun and great discussions about "personal artistic style"... Just a bit underwhelmed on the "cookie" aspect and some viewing considerations.

In the process of creating a masterpiece. Fun girls night activity!

They seemed to be running around like they were understaffed, but I am not sure. Our class was scheduled to start at 7:30, but it didn't get started until right after 8pm. I'm all for giving people a few extra minutes to come in and get settled, but 30 plus minutes is a bit much for a scheduled class. We were rushed the entire time and had 30 minutes less to complete our paintings. Overall I enjoyed myself because I like painting, but I'm not sure I would go back if the experience would end up being similar. I sat next to a drunk couple and did not get to finish my painting fully. The drunk couple sucked, but I understand we can't control how others act when drinking, but we can definitely control when the class starts and being set up better.

I'd run into an issue but I called the studio, and the woman who answered was super friendly. Karlee, the instructor, was very patient and welcoming. At some point I guess we ran short of time because the instructor sped up severely. None of the painters were anywhere near the stage that she was talking about. She kept saying don't worry I'll repeat it. Well the repeating was a quick listing of all the things we should be doing, with no chance of actually doing those... like reading a grocery list very quickly. And the urgency that we need to take a group picture now and we could finish our paintings after taking the picture. This gave us about 3 minutes as they were taking our paints and brushes... basically kicking us out the door... that really left a bad taste and ruined the whole night. I understand that the employees would like to go home, but can we maybe have a steady pace instead of waiting for the next step in the beginning and then sprint at the end.
