After a quick and easy walk through customs, Uncle Jose met us right across the street and got the day started smoothly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made us feel comfortable right away. He guided us through a mix of local shops and restaurants, then gave us the flexibility to visit the spots we specifically wanted. We made our way to Puerto Nuevo for lobster, which absolutely lived up to the hype, and of course stopped at Restaurante Caesar's--the birthplace of the Caesar salad--which was a highlight of the trip. Uncle Jose took great care of us throughout the day and made the experience easy and enjoyable. If you are able to walk across the border and walk back or take a $10 shuttle back into the US, ask for Uncle Jose a warm and knowledgeable local that will take great care of you. Highly recommended if you're looking for a fun, safe and stress-free Baja adventure!

Morty pick us up at our hotel which was very accommodating since we did not have a vehicle. The full day coastal tour was packed with beautiful vistas, historical sites, gardens,beaches and natural habitats. We had frequent stops along the way to stretch our legs and take in the sites. Bring your camera and a hat and be ready for a day of touring the scenic San Diego coast. Definitely will do a trip with Morty again and maybe visit some of the other trip options he does. If you have any questions feel free to call 619-535-9994 or email bookings@bajawinerytours.com." Before assuming your customers are not reading the information on your business site, make sure you take the time to ask questions to understand exactly what they are referring to. The condescending annotation in your reply is another reason why I would never go on this tour. Edit: you could have said what you updated your message with in the beginning rather than making it seem as if your customers did not read the information that was given on your site. All explanations would have been cleared up then, however you wanted to come and try to reiterate the message as if their was a lack of clarity.
