We ended up grabbing a bottle for the table, and it was the perfect companion throughout the meal. We kicked things off with bread service. I went with the classic pretzel bread while my wife opted for the gluten-free version, and both were a great start. For our mains, I ordered the Cilantro Ranch Chicken Sandwich -- Tillamook Cheddar, Applewood Smoked Bacon, Smashed Avocado, Cilantro Ranch, and Seasoned Mayo -- but asked to swap the chicken for grilled mahi. The kitchen handled the substitution without a hitch, and it was absolutely delicious. My wife ordered from the gluten-free menu and had the Soy Ginger Atlantic Salmon with Wasabi-Buttered Mashed Potatoes and Asian Slaw, which she raved about. What really stood out was how well Cooper's Hawk accommodates dietary needs without making it feel like an afterthought. The gluten-free options were just as thoughtful and flavorful as everything else on the menu. Great food, great wine, great atmosphere -- we'll definitely be back!

You are given a lot more food on this food tour than on others we have done, so come hungry! I would highly recommend this for families, couples, people visiting the area on vacation, and even corporate outings.

Since I am a lover of most all foods :-) the Delray Craft Food Tour was a wonderful gift! Our group met up with our tour guide Anthony at El Camino in Pineapple Grove. We were given a short introduction and sat down to our first tasting starting with Margaritas, Home Made Chips with Red and Green Salsa and Brisket Quesadillas. What a great way to start the fun. Next stop was a real surprise, an Asian Street Food location off the beaten path called Goodies. We sampled a delicious fruit tea and a new item to me JianBing, an Asian chicken burrito with a crunch which made the taste and texture exceptional. We actually watched the chef create this on a crepe maker! (see video) This is a great affordable lunch stop in Delray! Next stop, Beer Trade company very conveniently located next door to Goodies. Everyone was offered a beer of their choice from a HUGE selection in the cold case and on tap. It all started in Maryland so Old Bay was a great addition to their Honey Old Bay wings recipe marinated in what else BEER. They were crispy and sweet with quite a kick! We also sampled the risotto balls - yummy! We walked a few blocks to stop #4 Death by Pizza! The owner Koby greeted us and gave us some background of this Detroit style pizza company which has become a very popular location two blocks off Atlantic. What a treat! This business is take-out only so we stood outside and sampled a square thick crispy crust slice topped with amazing cheese and tomato sauce known as The Enemy! I can see why..i gained a pound in the sampling but boy was it worth it!! Sadly one last stop, (i was FULL but having way too much fun) @ Dekes Coffee. Nico, a young visionary, gave us a full explanation of the coffee making process as we sampled an affogato, espresso shot over a scoop of vanilla ice cream. If you like strong unsweetened coffee, this is your coffee shop. From coffee plant to green coffee beans to the roasting process, we saw it all. Unfortunately, I don't remember where the coffee beans originated in our espresso affogato, however Nico spoke of Ethiopian coffee as one they serve often. I would highly recommend this tour as a chance to sample some great independent restaurants in Delray. Our group seemed to be most impressed with the gems we found off the beaten path. Their tours and gift cards can be purchased online. #craftfoodtoursdelraybeach

She brought ponchos so we could continue on as it rained. It was beautiful to learn about and see this neighborhood through the eyes of someone who grew up here. Toni knows so much history and seemed to know so many of the people, too! The tour has so much food - I was honestly more than full at the end and I didn't even finish all of my portions. I think it was a really good range of drinks, desserts, and food. Even though that coffee cup looks small, that's a full serving size and it was strong! I really really appreciate that this tour not only accommodated for vegetarians but also chose options for me that were realllllly good. Instead of the cubano, I had these fried plantain cups stuffed with veggies. They were SO good and seasoned well! And the spinach and cheese empanada was also amazing. My friend who got the meat options also loved her food. This tour is the perfect way to learn more about Cuban history, the history of the neighborhood, see all the street art, watch a game at domino park, and experience some of the best food in Miami. I cannot recommend this enough!!!

The time went by so quickly and it wouldn't have been the same experience without Mariela as our guide. She is so passionate and knowledgeable. Her energy was so upbeat. I think this a great tour for visitors who want to learn about a culture that shapes Miami as well as locals who want to learn about a neighborhood they may not know the ins and outs of. Mariels brought Cuba to us and we can't thank her enough! We highly recommend this tour!

Olivier arranged all of our lodging, which was beyond top notch. Each accommodation was better than the one before and the first one would receive an A+++ from me. He found only the best restaurants for us to enjoy true Corsican/French food and atmosphere. Again every meal was superb. We were met at the airport by Olivier and our first stop was at the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. We were so excited to spend an hour enjoying the scenery and the water of the Mediterranean Sea. A delightful way to start our visit. Visits to the quaint towns of Carbini, Levie, Zonza, a blacksmith's shop, and so much beautiful scenery made for a perfect second day in Corsica. Bonifacio was our next destination, a lovely historical city with the most spectacular views I have ever laid my eyes on. In Sartene we had a tour of a winery and of course an amazing wine tasting and a fun visit to an oil distillery. Another stunningly beautiful area in Corsica. On to Ajaccio, birthplace of French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte. Larger city with a different kind of beauty and so much history. Next on the agenda, a train ride through the Corsican countryside to the town of Corte, another quaint and fun town with great shopping and wonderful crepes. We visited a local pub/tavern in Corte and had a wonderful time meeting the locals and having a glass of wine with the owners of this establishment. A visit to a local chef's home/kitchen and preparing a meal we would share with her and her family was a highlight of our trip. We tossed in a quick visit to a garden/nature area that was delightful. We finished our stay in the town of Brando, a beautiful seaside town. We reluctantly left our guide and the Island of Corsica. This truly is a quick summary of our trip. I thank Olivier for all of the preplanning, the knowledge he shared with us about the Island of Corsica and its amazing history, his sense of humor and for making this week in Corsica most memorable.
