Paul is both knowledgeable and funny. He's anything but a wine snob. And he's very accommodating. Great tour.

The restaurants here were not as organized, they were not set up for our arrival, seemed like they didn't know we were coming. One restaurant dropped someone's burger and it seemed like forever to get it replaced. Another restaurant had the food waiting but no utensils and it took ten minutes to get so by then the food was cold.First Tour was great , the second I was a little disappointed with the restaurants.

It was a great walking tour with yummy food and interesting history. The second tour was the Lewiston Prohibition Tour led by amiable tour guide Giovanna taking us through the war of 1812, the underground railroad and the Prohibition Era in Lewiston. This tour takes you to four restaurants with accompanying cocktails. The first restaurant offered a hot tempted elvis burger .I made arrangements for vegetarian options prior to the tour .Was hoping to have tried the elvis option as a veggie burger as it's on their menu, but instead only got a veggies skewer and they didn't even offer the stuffed pepper dip that other received. Another restaurant the food sat cold waiting for us to get forks .Although the history was interesting the food options were disappointing.

It's amazing to see the variation of different type of wineries in the Niagara region. I have learned a lot about wine and had a fantastic varieties of wine. Mackenzie was very knowledgeable about wine, we loved how we didn't have to worry about driving and having more of a private tour, it makes it personal and an experience that I would never forget. Mackenzie answered all our question and more.

We were so late (I can't even begin to explain...) but Mackenzie was patient and happy to see us when we finally arrived. He was very approachable and laid back. He read the group so well and knew when it was time to go or time to just relax. Lots of great little conversations about the neighbourhoods and the treats. Did I mention that I had actually booked the tour for the wrong month and Mackenzie made the tour happen on the fly when he found out we were on the way? Not that I recommend that others do the same, but seriously, how awesome is that?? We will definitely be looking for Mackenzie next year for another tour. Would love to do one in the summer... but leave the students at home! Thanks again, Mackenzie!!!!!
