There is such an eclectic array of items offered here from jewelry to antique furnishings. The sales associate working today was very polite and helpful, especially since I was being high maintenance and wanted the item off the mannequin. I purchased a beautiful sarong that I plan to use during my upcoming trip to Cuba. White Owl Market's slogan is: "Never the same store twice." Jess was great to work with and set me up with a gorgeous collage with 9 total pieces. Fast forward a few months, one of the couples in the photos break-up, my son and his long time girlfriend. So, I reached out to order a new pic in the collage. To my surprise Jess mentioned that they may be able to edit this person out of the photos. We opted to replace one of the shots with my son's Golden Retriever. The work that Jess and her team did was nothing short of a miracle! I had no idea that this was even possible. Found what I was looking for, grabbed it, and headed to the checkout line. No one in line. The employees were still holding the conversation and waited to finish it before calling me up so I could check out. Okay, rude. Then, when i am checking out, the cashier was not pleasant at all, made no attempt to ask if i found everything i was looking for or to even say hello. I swiped my card and left. No thank you for shopping here or have a nice day. I am so grateful that a) i have a great customer service bone and would never treat someone like this and b) that i do not live in this area and have to consider this location my local Michael. Without exaggeration we have had 23 pictures framed and love each and every one of them. On my last visit to have framework done I mentioned that we had to put our beloved dog down as he was suffering from cancer, when I returned to pick up my frame job, there was a card from "your Michaels family" this touched our hearts more than they know, and just solidifies why we choose to come to this store consistently.
