This place commits to sourcing almost everything they have locally and they make a lot of their own base ingredients including every sauce they serve. The Ruby Brink is particularly well suited as a good bar that still has restaurant class food, especially if you just go out with your adult friends and not necessarily your family of five. Different restaurants are tiered to different clientele and I especially appreciate that they serve their target audience: adults looking for a damn good meal, super well!
