My partner found this place, its a little off our beaten path but makes a great stop off on the long drive from Snohomish County to Kitsap. If nothing else its a great place to get out of the car, stretch your legs, use the bathroom and refresh with a cold beer. It's got easy parking and indoor/outdoor areas. You can always purchase beer to go if you just need to pick up something for later. We tend to always go on the weekend and usually during day time hours, but it seems to have a regular following. At times it can even seem crowded, but there are lots of seating options. The beer list is extensive, the person behind the counter is always helpful. I just realized that all the things on tap are from Washington and I had no idea there was a second location in Bremerton. I'll have to check that out sometime. It's a little unassuming from the outside, but meets our needs perfectly. read more

Steve and I just stumbled across this taproom. We had no idea that it existed and saw the sign from the road while on an outing. The location for this place is very interesting. If you into the grocery store sign there is a sign that leads you to the taproom but they have their own door too as we found out later. Lots of guest taps here which makes it not necessarily an easy choice as to what to drink but that's okay... better a lot than too little. Not only is there lots of guest beers on tap but there is lots of cans of local breweries you can purchase to go as well which adds even more to the numerous choices of beer that they have here for you to enjoy! read more

My wife's boss told us about this spot. I like it for the most part. They have great beer, a nice vibe, and a good location. Two quick thoughts. 1. 40 taps is a lot. I love the variety, but I am cautiously curious how quickly they can go through the beer. Most of my normal spots in Tacoma have far less and I am guessing similar levels of busyness. 2. I hope in the future they digitize their menu. This may speak a bit closer to the first note, but being able to look up beer before a trip is helpful and being able to just pull up an app like untappd or some other form of digital information is always a preference than a sheet of paper. Its a personal preference, but its how I feel. I did have a blast and would recommend. I am glad to see Gig harbor expand further into the beer nerd world. I will be back again for sure. Its Gig Harbor so it wont be too often, but we will visit every time we are over there. read more

This place serves only beer brewed in Washington which is cool but their selection of beers and cider both on tab and in their cooler is over the top. I have to admit, the selection was almost overwhelming when I first walked in. And the staff is so nice and helpful with all the questions I had. Bob, the bartender, might be my favorie and most knowledgeable beermeister of all time. He is so knowledgeable about the beers they offer, I was blown away. And, he's such a nice fellow too. This is my new tap room for all Washington beer has to offer in one convenient place. I plan to visit at least once a week. This place is a jewel for beer and cider lovers plus they have outdoor seating too. What a great accidental find behind the fruit stand next door. If the owner could just shut his mouth about gays, minorities and women, he'd probably get more business. Money we would happily give if you'd simply keep your ignorance to yourself... heck, maybe just talk at a normal volume instead of screaming it to all of your guests. This is America. You can do what you want. I don't care how you vote, practice religion, etc. I just want to drink beer and not feel like I'm gonna get jumped outside after spending money on 8 beers to go and two taps. If you don't want the gay dudes at your bar, put up a sign bro. It would be nice to know before I run my card for over $100 this week. We can definitely go to Beer Vault or 7 Seas. I'm a born and raised southern Texas guy. I don't get offended by shit usually. I just think that it's bad business practice to act this way. You don't have to like ME, but as a local bar owner, I'd expect you want all the money you can make. The gays specifically are over 10% of the population here. Put a sign up, get some therapy, or enjoy your eight regulars on a drinking holiday. You've got everything going for you selection and service-wise besides your mouth. The purveyor knows just about everything about seltzer, cider and beer. Wide selection of ales, lagers, pilsners, ciders and seltzer. You can bring your own food into the establishment. The purveyor is excited about their product and more than willing to share their excitement which is a thoroughly comfortable experience. Low key environment. Beer in the case is not always cold due to heavy rotation. Service is quick and they're always readily willing to make sure what you purchase is enjoyed. This place is quickly becoming my favorite beer place. A very unpretentious and/or hipster place with knowledgable bartenders. It also helps that it is almost walking distance from my home. Anyhow, ALL LOCAL beers on tap and I mean local, like within a short drive, a few beers from Seattle, like Mollusk and others. Also, if you cannot find something on tap, they have a plethora of beers for sale, plus a small wine selection. Great place for exceptional beers! If you are coming in for a Coors Light, forget it. You should be drinking in a Walmart parking lot. The owner, Johann, is from Köln, Germany, and he knows his stuff. They only have FORTY BEERS on tap so pace yourself! With all the COVID BS going on, you are asked to drink on the patio which is great for getting exposed to some local knowledge. Give it a go but remember, this beer is the real deal, not 3.2 beer from Oklahoma. Drink a 12 pack of these babies and you may see dead relatives! Enjoy! read more

What isn't great about this place? You can go in and enjoy the atmosphere in this former meat market or stop in to buy for home. It has a great small town atmosphere with no frills and is within walking distance of a great taco truck. The small space allows for cozy and intimate time or you can enjoy slightly larger social encounters. My favorite is the Lemon Basil Cider! I'd give it ten stars if I could. Fun! read more

Was recommended by a friend so I stopped by while in the area. It's a very odd location and not easy to find. After walking over cords to get in, we thought we accidentally came in through the backdoor. Luckily the staff let us know that we were okay to be in there and that it was the front door. They had a large selection of beer on draft, bottle and cans. Our draft beers were warm and foamy. They only have outdoor seating and the tables & chairs are crammed into a tiny fenced area of a parking lot. They allow smoking in the tiny area so it was really smoky. read more

Wow. I have to say, it's difficult to genuinely impress me, but Juliette impress me beyond expectations. She knew each and every beer and where they came from and could tell me which notes I would notice significantly. This place is great! The owner was very knowledgeable of beer and they have 40 beers on tap at all times. I told him the beers I like and he gave me samples to help narrow it down. Throughout the conversation he continued to give samples. You can also buy 22 oz bottles or build your own 6 pack here and buy growlers. It's a great low key place not equipped for children though. this review is specific to the bremerton taproom which holds a very impressive selection of brews, ciders, etc. in a very small space. i was excited to learn of this place and will frequent the business but for sure, they will need to move into a bigger space. there's definitely not enough counter space once it starts to fill up and it feels quite claustrophobic when it does. keep up the great beers though! read more
