I've often called ahead to see how much of something they had on hand (if I was going to/throwing a big party) and they are always happy to set a quantity aside for me until I get there. If it's a large order, like a case of wine, one of the guys always helps me carry it out to the car. (It's not that long of a walk, and I'm a strong lady...) Now that's service! When I cashed out at the cash register I ask the cashier to choose credit on the machine so I wouldn't have to enter my pin if it weren't necessary as now a days you have to be careful with pins on machines. He caught an attitude with me which included hand gestures and a shrug for my request. This store is located in a dead plaza with little to no traffic. I won't visit this store again and spend money there. There are much better stores in the area with better customer service.
