In March we took the mini loader in because it was spitting antifreeze out of the exhaust resulting in a cracked head. For the last three weeks we have heard a different story each time as to why they can't honor the warranty; we rode it hot (we don't use it for any more than 10-15 minutes at a time), it didn't have antifreeze in it, (it was spewing antifreeze when we took it in) and lastly it was over the warranted hours (our warranty is for 3000 hours the loader has 2004 on it). We have never attempted to use a warranty but instead buy a new one every 3-4 years. The serviceman, Andy, came up with excuse after excuse not to honor the warranty and sent us to Corporate. We are now dealing with Corporate. Buyer be warned! Kathleen
