First,…read morethey said they had trouble finding the replacement axle, but instead of calling to tell us, they just let the job fall to the bottom of the list. When I called and found out that this had happened, I asked if we could buy the axle, have it shipped to the garage, and pay them to install it. The owner agreed, but then after I spent a number of hours finding one, he said he wanted me to order it from him so he could get a mark-up on it. After the axle arrived, they took weeks and weeks to make the repair. I would call once or twice a week and received a "we'll have it done by..." There always a different excuse about why they could not complete the job, like: one of our mechanics was out, one of our trucks broke down, we got jammed up with other work, etc. Everything but "the dog ate it." I would not recommend this shop unless you like to ping them time after time while you wait week after week for your vehicle to be repaired.

We were a customer of Galati Landscaping since 2016. We had them plow and salt our lot as well as…read morelandscape our building. However, when it came time for them to plow this year, they did not show up. I called and was informed by Tara that I did not return my contract that was sent in August. In the past, Tara always called us anytime there was any questions about our service, so I was shocked when she informed me that they had no room in their schedule for us. We had several issues over the years with damage to our lot but last year they hit a vehicle in our parking lot causing a significant amount of damage. They did have the vehicle repaired, but their service quality has steadily declined not to mention the appalling customer service.
