I signed my sister and I up for this , several months ago . We were absolutely thrilled with our entire day. We were picked up promptly at our hotel , as stated . We quickly discussed with fellow travelers what we wanted to go to . We all voted on a cheese place , several vineyards and a brewery . Zach knew exactly where to take us, and did it a very scenic route. He was more then willing to answer any questions. He grew up in the area and is very knowledgable about each place he took us , as well as the lakes, industry , and farming in the community . The Van is a delight . We were 100% thrilled with the value of the trip . Way better way to see the vineyards then driving yourself .

Zach's Winewagon was the perfect way to explore the finger lakes!!! We got in 4 wineries and 2 breweries in our 6 hour tour and he took us to the best spots! We loved being able to eat and drink whatever we wanted in the bus and his music taste was fitting! If your looking to get the best value for your money this is the way to go!!! When we come back to this area we would 100% book this again! Great service!

This was the most fun wine tour that I have done. Zack is a resident of Geneva and was very informative about the wineries and the beautiful lakes. He will personalize your tour based on your taste. Expect a gentleman as your tour guide. Zack will open the cute little Volkswagen bus door and assist you out and in each and every time you stop. He leads you into each winery and introduces you to the staff who all know him. He has a good sense of humor. He will talk with his guests but he also is patient and waits quietly while we enjoy the wineries. I highly recommend Zack and his green Volkswagen tour!

Hit wineries, a distillery and a brewery which was nice. Driver (Darryl) was a very nice guy even if he forgot my name and started calling me 'Steve' halfway through. That was pretty funny for the guys even if it was at my expense. Bus had plenty of room too, and we stayed on schedule without it being overbearing or annoying. Price point was fair given this was a 1/2 day tour with food/alcohol included. Brewery and distillery options couldn't have been better. Wagner brewing makes one of the best examples of hefeweizens I've had anywhere. Really great tap room overlooking the lake as well. Got a cheese plate there which was packed like shit in to-go containers, which belied the really good array of cheese, meat and accoutrements it included. Finger Lakes distilling was shockingly good. Their repertoire of whiskeys, including aged options, different styles (ie: pot stilled, applejack) and experiment stuff (cannoli whiskey) was superb. Had whiskey infused cigars here too which were awesome. I bought a shit ton of stuff from their. Surprisingly, I wasn't as thrilled with the wineries. Zugibe was respectable but paled to others nearby like Thirsty Owl; what threw me off was that the reds were much better than the whites there. Food there was gyros, which was odd but oddly good at least. Belhurst was probably the worst single winery I've ever been to, with the worst wine I've tried. Wine had a soapy taste and was cloyingly sweet. Bartender was snotty, rattled off some canned crap she memorized that was largely irrelevant, and didn't really know anything about wine. Place was largely a freaking gift shop, so no clue why they thought this was a good addition. Would use these guys again as Darryl was a sweetheart, and maybe just direct them a bit more in terms of what we're looking for. I am 100% fine with the emphasis being on beer/liquor, however the groom-to-be was more of a wine person in this case. Very workable either way.

He made the booking process incredibly easy and was fully transparent about pricing and policy (was not surprised with any hidden charges even at the end of the trip). He picked us up right on time at our hotel and offered us bottled waters and some restaurant recommendations around Niagara Falls, which was so considerate! We are out of town so we did not really know the area very well so his recommendations made it SO much easier for us to enjoy our trip without any added hassle. He also graciously made any stops we requested despite it not being on our official itinerary. We were so highly impressed with Enzo's professionalism and character that we asked if he was available the next day but unfortunately he was fully booked (AND FOR GOOD REASON!). My family and I all agreed that this day spent with Enzo in Niagara Falls was the highlight of our trip. Definitely the best limousine and transportation service I have ever used and would highly recommend to anyone! Set sail for True Love, a truly enjoyable time!…read more Bottom Line Up Front: We had a wonderful, relaxing, and fun time for a good price. The Good: The history of the John Alden designed schooner is worth reading before you go. We had some more "salty" members of our group that recognized the name of the schooner from the 1956 movie "High Society" starring Bing Crosby, Gene Kelly and Frank Sinatra and after that we were on board for a wonderful time. We even were seated in the seats once occupied by Gene and Bing. We purchased our tickets after being approached by Terry who negotiated a decent price with us because he wanted a full boat for the next trip. Captain Bill was an experienced Captain and is well known in the area. He got us underway and was a delightful host regaling us with stories about the "True Love", Seneca Lake and surroundings, as well as, some stories about racing the "True Love" and his crew, Spencer and Marena. Captain Bill even assisted another sailing boat that was in distress and precariously close to the lake edge. The trip was two hours long and on time. The crew served non-alcoholic and adult beverages (some free, some for a price) while underway and also sold some souvenirs (Whisky and glasses). The Bad: There was nothing bad, from start to finish, this was a very enjoyable trip and the crew definitely enjoyed sharing their love of the "Trie Love" with the joyful passengers. The Ugly: Absolutely nothing other than we could not be out for longer. If you find yourself in Watkins Glen, this is definitely an enjoyable to kick back, relax, and let the wind fill your sails. They say a picture is worth 1000 words, so I am going to end my post with a few that we snapped along the way. May you have fair winds, and following lake waters!

Wow. It has taken me 2 weeks to try to think of how to review this service. If there was a…read morenegative star rating, I would have chosen it. Here it goes: 1) The car is neither luxurious nor comfortable. The body is rusted. The interior is dirty. The console in front of the seat is broken and stuffed with a dirty pillow. The handles on all of the doors on the inside are broken. The doors can't be opened from the inside (which is super-creepy with a driver like Orlando). The car beeps for 3 minutes every 20 minutes or so, but Orlando assures you that there is no problem. I am not sure that the seatbelts in the back work (it's ok with Orlando because it's "legal"). The car shudders when it goes over 50 MPH. The 4th, 5th, and 6th people of your party have to climb over a seat into a raised seat with barely enough room for three (we are small people--all less than 160 lbs). 2) Orlando is offensive. Within 5 minutes of starting our trip, Orlando had succeeded in offending everyone in our party--Canadians, Drivers of Subarus, Democrats, Physicians. Orlando never stops talking, and it is not about the area and local attractions or what to look for. He lectured the car about how doctors are criminals who prescribe medications that people don't need--such as insulin for diabetes. "All you need to do is take large doses of cinnamon." You can cure cancer by,"mixing Flax oil in cottage cheese. Its a well known fact. It's on the google." 3) You will feel like Orlando's prisoner. We were a group that likes conversation. We usually have to keep two members of our party from chatting too much. Orlando talked non-stop the entire trip. We were taking turns sitting in the front seat next to him to share the burden. We ended our trip one hour (and one winery) early just to be able to get out of his car. Some of the topics that Orlando pontificated on: his past employment for the government--"I can't tell you what I did. They asked me to fake my death, but I wouldn't do it; so I had to quit." He also told us about the buried UFOs as big as a football field in the desert. He also commented on how there are, "so many democrats that you could bury them." I am not sure what that was in reference to. 4) Despite the number of times that Orlando will tell you about his 28 years of experience, he is not all that knowledgeable. I had been planning this trip to the Finger Lakes for many months as a birthday celebration for my wife. I had carefully selected wineries that I wanted to visit. Right after getting into the car, he argued with me about my choices and asked me if, "you know anything about this area?" and then told me that it would be impossible to include Ravines in our itinerary as the Winery is in Geneva. I told him that there was a tasting room on Keuka lake, and he said, "I don't know anything about that." I had to tell him that I was confident in my itinerary and essentially argue with him to accept it. I don't think that visiting three wineries and having lunch between 1030 AM and 6 PM is too much to ask. In the end we were dropped off at 5 PM. In summary if you are looking for a knowledgeable, friendly driver in a safe comfortable vehicle for a relaxing day touring the amazing Finger Lakes wineries, DO NOT BOOK WITH Orlando. However, if you are seeking a nightmare version of Carpool Karaoke, but instead of James Corden driving you around in a nice car with pleasant conversation, you want an ignorant, rude, offensive, conspiracy theorist driver with verbal diarrhea and a dirty unsafe and uncomfortable ride, then Orlando and Finger Lakes Transport and Tours is for you.

She said it usually takes one hour per winery so she suggested two others and we "finalized" the itinerary. By the time we got there, however, we'd found one other we wanted to visit. I didn't want to be "that customer," making last minute changes, but when Beth showed up and sized up my husband and me, she said she was about to suggest the very same change we were asking for. That's a perk I haven't seen in these reviews, but deserves to be highlighted: these drivers know the wineries well and know which ones fit which groups. Bachelor/ette parties? Experienced wine snobs? Nerds who aren't snobs but want to learn something? Beth knew exactly which wineries would be best for which client. We expected to learn something at the wineries, but didn't realize how much we'd learn from the driver! On top of that, Beth was just such a lovely person. Far beyond the basic minimum of transporting us safely, she also came in and fetched us from one of the wineries when we spent too long chatting with the staff there and were at risk of missing our next reservation. And she was a blast to talk to! We felt we'd made a friend by the end of the tour, and next time we're in the Finger Lakes, we'll ask for Beth by name, though I'd trust that Keuka Taxi has many such wonderful drivers. Thanks, Beth!

Love love love Keuka Taxi and Spencer. My early bday surprise trip was a huge success and a lot of it was because of Spencer. We used the service where they drive YOUR car so we didn't have to rent a party bus; however, I do know they have those type of accommodations as well. I HIGHLY recommend Keuka Taxi AND Spencer. I have friends going to Seneca Lake the first weekend in November and have already given them Spencer's information to book.
