I understand it's the holiday season and that waiting is sometimes expected, but a long delay for a 15 table restaurant is disappointing. The server mentioned that 30 minutes is normal for a hibachi chicken plate, which seems a bit long to me. I usually gravitate toward Asian restaurants because service tends to be quicker, so this experience was surprising. For now, I may stick to my usual Vietnamese and Korean go-to spots, but I truly hope this improves because I want to continue supporting this local business.
