She said they had no original and it would be a 25-minute wait. Then she walked away. I stood there for another 3 mins before she came back and ask me for my order. I said I will the 10pc extra crispy. She said that special is only on Tuesdays. I said to her that her specials board it said every day special. She said she had been working there 3yrs and didn't know that. So she came out and looked at the sign. She came back and tried to ring me up but she needed managers approval. So we had to wait another few mins for the manager to come up. I handed her a twenty, then she puts my change on the counter instead of handing it back to me. ( small detail, but disrespectful ) When I got home I noticed she put two old, dry, burnt pieces under the rest of the chicken. I haven't been at this location in about 7yrs. It used to be really dirty. It was much cleaner today. That was the only positive thing I could say about today's visit.

Her name is one of those. and I told her my food was missing and asked her does she know what the person looked like if it was a male or female. she said "Brown, it's brown people they always steal." implying that black people are the thieves and I have the conversation recorded because she said it multiple times. When I called i asked for a resolution, she not only hung up on me because she said it was time for her to close, but the way she dismissed me as a person who's ordered from here before i will never support it again due to this harsh treatment. My food was never delivered. Never got compensated or a good customer service experience and this is truly disheartening.
