Chicken was dry, chewy. Kimchi fried rice was dry (how do you even pull that off??). After we were finished eating (ate maybe a 1/4 of the food) we sat there for like 25 minutes staring at our plates with the wait staff sitting on a table like maybe 15-20 feet away from us staring at their phone. I had to get up and walk over to ask for the check. So, in summary, food was bad, service was worse and to be honest, food was way over priced. We're never coming back to this place. Unfortunate too, used to be good and there are not a ton of options for Korean fried chicken in the Lowell area. I *LOVE* the product they put out above any of the several other KFC places that have recently opened. While the Cambridge location may stay open, I predict a short window for their other MA locations in this economy.
