While I was dining the owner asked me how I was enjoying my meal and he offered me a small sample of the beef shawarma at no additional cost. I'm not kidding when I say that this is the best beef shawarma meat I've had in Michigan. The beef was so crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and had a nice mix of lean meat laced with fat. He even let me get a free cup of tzatziki sauce to dip it in, which was generous on his part. I almost forgot to mention that the fried chicken here is exceptional and cooked fresh to order in my case. Seeing how passionate the owner is, it makes sense why the food is as good as it is and why they are highly regarded. Wish they were closer to me.
