Nothing custom, nothing complicated--just items straight from the menu. There were only two cars in the drive-thru and I was the only customer inside, so I assumed it would be a quick in-and-out. Instead, I waited 35 minutes. The three employees on shift were too busy bickering with each other to focus on service. I wasn't even acknowledged until they finished the drive-thru orders. When they finally took my order, they were slow, disorganized, and forgot items along the way. The whole experience threw off my schedule for the day. Sadly, I don't think I'll be returning to this location. Thirty-five minutes for a basic order--with no crowd and food already prepared--is simply unacceptable.
