The pulled meats are seasoned well, the brisket is tender, and the mac & cheese is not an afterthought side dish; it stands on its own as phenomenal mac & cheese. Now the ribs; they are so good! You can taste the smoke when you bite into them. In fact, I still could savor the smokiness in my mouth after I was done eating, as well as still smell the smoke on my fingers. They were tender with still some bite to them; great job on the ribs. Also, great original and carolina mustard sauces. The latter is phenomenal on the pulled chicken. I found my BBQ spot! Cannoli - light shell and filling, not overly sweet. Really liked that they used a dusting of chocolate powder (not bitter cocoa) on the ends vs hard chocolate chips. This has become my new favorite bakery for cannolis! Definitely coming back here to try more of their hot and cold subs and dishes like lasagna, pasties, soups and pasta. Other than those fantastic cannolis they have other delectable pastries, breads, cookies and desserts to try.
