Awesome waitress! But...I got raw chicken! Yes, Raw chicken! One tender was raw, discovered when I bite into it. I told the waitress, she offered to bring another tender, didn't want to bother on one tender (the others were cooked). So now I'm like, I guess I'll try a wing. Bad idea! First off I am the person who always orders wings extra crispy b/c I am terrified of potentially getting raw food, this was the one time I didn't order extra crispy. Of course me being from the south we know how to eat wings, you just suck that meat of the bone... bad idea, it was raw. Check all the other wings, raw . Tell waitress, she offers to have them recooked, I decline & ask for a to-go box & say I'll just cook them at home (at this point I am starting to feel sick & just want to get home). Now keep in mind never once does a manager stop by. So as I'm leaving I stop the Manger to let him know, all he can do is apologize, after we just spent $40. Flash forward: now I'm sitting on the toilet shitting my brains out with a bucket in-between my legs so I can puke while I shit, as I write this review (sorry for the mental picture). I must say I also love this horrible cramping too. Food at the Mountain Home Idaho location is not up to standards. Service was great but the food left a lot to be desired. Menu says that the guacamole for the salsa / guac / chips is made fresh daily. Ours was turning brown and was already separating / texture showed it was made at least a day before. Chips were stale and salsa had no flavor. My cheeseburger was cooked to perfection but it came with one tiny onion, an old soggy tomato and a brown speckled piece of lettuce. Fries had great flavor but some were soggy and some were perfectly crisp - you can do better for a lot less money at another establishment. read more

We went to breakfast this morning and were so disappointed in the waitress. We have had her before and were not happy with her the first time either. She seemed so busy sitting and talking with another customer that my husband didn't get a coffee refill until our meal was finished. She didn't even check to see if our meal was satisfactory at all. Next time if we decide to return we will request a different waitress. When we choose a restaurant, even if the food is good - and the service is bad, that component of service is what stays with us! And often times we never return to that establishment if we had bad service. Not so at Wingers!! Karen and I have enjoyed Wingers the last several nights while we were in town on business. No matter how busy the service always feels personal. When it comes to the menus whether drinks or food she has fantastic knowledge, with advice to suit all taste. Having been to Wingers multiple times, this was BY FAR our most enjoyable experience we have had. This was all due to our serve Elliott, who had a very positive, friendly & professional attitude. He was enthusiastic & determined to ensure that we enjoyed our experience to the fullest. He brought our drinks and food out quickly & tended to each of our requests. This place deserves no rating at all. My wife worked there, they treated her like absolute garbage. The new GM does nothing to help and puts his employees down for every little thing. My wife was being bullied by another coworker and he did nothing about it when she came to him and even took the bully's side. The bully was also a male. Sexist? Most likely. I was staying at hotel next door and I stopped in for dinner prior to checking in. I had a burger and fries. It was amazing. The burger done to perfection and the fries were hot and not overly cooked or underdone. I also had breakfast there prior to continuing my travels. Breakfast was also amazing.
