First time every visiting a WingHouse. The experience was below average. 1. The place looked like a dump. Just run down and needed some love. 2. My server was a love/hate relationship. She warmed up more near the end of my meal. She took brought my drink, took my order, and brought the dishware and never looked me in the face. By the time the bill showed up she was suddenly nicer. Can we guess why?! 3. Took forever for the wings to get out to me. The place wasn't busy. I suspect they only had one cook. I noticed a table in front of me and I thought they were done. Turns out their food had not arrived either and did a bit before mine arrived. It was just a longer wait than it should have been. 4. The wings themselves tasted great. Big and meat almost falling off the bone. Sauce was perfect. I would have left 2 stars but the wings bring it up to 3. I had a great time here I sat at the bar and enjoyed a burger with a side salad. There's plenty to appreciate at this place, what with all the enormous screens playing all those awesome sports games? Yeah, let's go with that. I can tell you the food is delicious. The drinks were cold in the service is great. Had the appetizer Buffalo Shrimp and the house salad with honey mustard dressing. Buffalo shrimp was fired crispy and the sauce was the right amount of heat for spice. So tasty. 10/10 Experience at WingHouse! I had an amazing time at WingHouse in Daytona! Our server, Gianna, absolutely made the experience. She was super friendly, attentive, and really knew the menu. She recommended the wings since that's what they're known for, and she was 100% right -- they were incredible. I tried them with the honey hot sauce and it was the perfect mix of sweet and spicy. Gianna also suggested a drink called the Strawberry Blond, which was honestly one of the best drinks I've had. On top of that, she told me there was a dessert version of it, so of course I had to try that too -- and it was amazing. Friday, July 11, 7pm. Wings came out in about 5 minutes. These were NOT cooked to order, just reheated. Sub par. More importantly, the Men's restroom had no toilet paper or paper towels. I asked the bartender about it and she replied "How would I know? I don't use the Men's restroom!". I asked her to tell someone to get TP as I needed to use the restroom. She slowly finished her order and walked away. No one ever came. I had to use paper towels off the table. Keep on mind this was a Friday night in the middle of tourist season. Totally unacceptable. Was really hungry when I came here, having been on the go and in preparation for my son's wedding. Came in for a quick wing meal and salad to fill the food void I had for a minute. It was traditional sports bar decor with long table top tables and regular, and space at the bar. Good layout for its type. Not many people there when I arrived which, to me, meant quick service and I can be on my way. I had a margarita while I waited which was good. Ordered the 5 piece buffalo wings and a house salad. It was taking so long that I had to ask them to make it to go. Still took a while but finally came packed up and ready. I was a surprised that the garden salad had bacon bits in it, which I eat but didn't expect or want at the time. It was plentiful and everything else about it was standard. The wings, well they were undercooked for my liking and looked pale to the eye. The buffalo hot sauce was not hot and I ate a couple. Not the worst, but I like my fried wings to look fried, not pale, wings to be hot and need to be dipped, but got otherwise. Overall, it is a restaurant in a vacation area and I'd think they get busy but the food for me was just ok, definitely not satiating. I'd try it again under similar circumstances, maybe try some of the other menu items but not where I'd go if I wanted good wings. read more

Upon arrival we were told to seat ourselves, no problem im cool with that! We waited at least 15 + minutes before anyone ever came to see if we had been helped. Finally Sammie S., our server came to greet us and seemed to not be all there in her thoughts or actions. After placing our orders she delivered our beers mixed up though easy to do with beers they are different and should be right as I shouldn't have to taste my beer to see if it mine or not. After that she showed up one time before our food was delivered(by someone else) and I told her I wanted another beer, she never brought my beer and we never seen her again until I asked for the check. I am always one to take care of my servers especially when they do their job however I was struggling to even lay any tip down at all so I left her $3 to make a point. This was the worst service I've had in a long time anywhere but as I observed the service throughout the entire restaurant I would bet there is a "MAJOR" Management issue and a "MAJOR" customer service training deficiency. The service was so poor table were trying to randomly request service from any passing server just to get help to which we heard one server say to the table next to us when approached "I'm not your server" and went on about her way. Very sad knowing I had to spend my hard earned money on some bullshit like that and had to pay $10 to park in the garage just to go to this place!! Server Sammie S. most likely needs to find a new career path or needs a manager who cares enough about their staff to mentor them and teach customer service. Was just here for lunch, Wing House at Ocean Walk Daytona Beach. Wow this place has gone downhill. Went to have lunch with my wife and son after hanging out on the beach. Honestly don't know why I even gave them a chance. This place is just run down bad. My wife and I each ordered a salad and my son got the brownie with ice cream. It took literally 45 minutes for a freaking salad, granted one of the salads was with buffalo chicken but damn it only takes 10 minutes to grill a chicken breast. There were only like 5 tables in the whole place, no reason whatsoever it should take 45 minutes for 2 salads and a dessert. The table we were sitting at inside was sticky, as were the other tables around us, I checked. So we decided to go sit on the patio. The patio was absolutely disgusting. They obviously do not care about sidewalk appeal because it just looks like trash. Every table looked like they hadn't been cleaned or wiped down in weeks. The chairs are chipped, old and look like they picked them up from the landfill. There was a stench coming from somewhere, smelled like a dumpster nearby. I think I only stayed because I wanted to write a review of the place. When our food finally came, our 2 salads, my wife couldn't even eat hers, she thought the honey mustard dressing tasted funny and had like a big chunk of salad core in it. I could only eat the buffalo chicken from mine, I think it only had a spoonful of Cesar dressing. Then my son's brownie with ice cream came about 10 minutes later. The girl at the bar was so friendly and we also got to meet the manager Michell or Miche I think he name was. She was super friendly and made sure our meals were good and that we had a good time.
