This place has great wings! That's all we tried from the menu but we were happy with all four flavours we tried, which have interesting flavour combos and names (names forgotten, sorry): salt & pepper, hot + blue cheese, BBQ + honey mustard, maple + teriyaki. The service was terribly slow, refills on drinks had to be requested, and we weren't informed that crudites and dip come with the wings, so the side order that we ask for was unnecessary. If you insist on the boneless wings make sure the waitress repeats it back to you -- once again wrong order & had to wait while others ate. :( The regular wings seemed ok (I only had one) Drinks are decently priced but not much of a selection. And if you're going when it's busy or warm out the upstairs is HOT. :) :) Went another time and ordered the regular wings -- pretty decent. If you are from away and a "conniseur" of hot wings don't bother with their wings of death -- I would argue that they really aren't as hot as they make them out to be. read more

They have 93 different flavors of chicken wings!!!!! I had a hard time choosing. Try the sampler plate - you can pick 4 different flavors and you get 5 of each (roughly 2 pounds of wings!) for about $20.00 with dipping sauce. Great selection of wings, limited beer selection. I got the sampler (the best way to do it) with 4 different flavors. I was happy to choose all the flavors but there wasn't anything that really stood out in the sauces. Lots of flavors ... but really poor quality. You would be much better going somewhere that had only 10 flavours but cooked right, than 93 poorly done ones. Wings were black - probally precooked yesterday, and extremely dry. They are not even open a year and they ahve already increased the cost by 2$ This is our second visit there ... we won't be going back. what they served me wasn't fit for rats. It was disgusting, dried out overcooked, the restaurant was filthy, our cutlery was not clean, the staff was rude and I have advised everyone to stay away from this place. I felt sick after eating in this place, it was honestly the worst dining experience of my life. As they cook wings by the pound, it should have been easy enough to split my two pound takeout order in half and offer me the two flavours that I had requested without trying to get me to order two one pound orders separately and ding me for an extra $2.50 or so. Perhaps wings have become so bad in St. John's that these cats can get away with such a policy. read more

I LOVE WINGN' IT! They definitely have the best wings in St. John's. I ordered my take out and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes GREAT! I went down got my food(Jalepeno Poppers and Boneless Afterburner Wings). It was so delicious that I had it all gone in almost a few minutes. I've been to the restaurant 3 times. The first time was great, and after that it keet going downhill. I went to the Kenmount Road location last night and the service was terrible. First it took forever to get our drinks, and when we got our order it was supposed to be boneless wings, but they brought out bone-in. With our wings we also ordered fries. So we had to eat our fries while they re-made the wings. I had a poutine and my sister had sweet potato fries. The waitress didn't bring out cutlery, so we asked another waitress for some. The waitress rudely told us that there was no culture, that it was being washed. We asked how were we to eat our food without cutlery (sweet potato fries not too bad, but poutine is too messy). The waitress told us we would just have to wait. No apology or anything. What kind of restaurant runs out of cutlery. Also, our waitress never told us. By the time we got cutlery our fries were cold. When the fries were eaten we finally got our wings. We ordered the sampler platter of wings. I believe in the menu it says there is no extra charge for boneless wings. I believe that is false advertisement. If you ask me no extra charge means you get the same thing without changes. Well apparently when you order boneless wings, there is "no extra charge" but you get less wings. In the sampler you only get 16 wings, whereas with the bone-in wing you get 20. The wings were also dry with barely any sauce. I used to rave about this place to people, but they won't be getting my recommendation any more. Our bill was almost $50 - should have saved ourselves $30 and went to McDonalds. We would have enjoyed it more, and the service would have been better ! read more
