I came across this restaurant and really only saw that there were five star reviews, not really thinking to check the dates, so probably my mistake. The website was confusing as far as the hours, so I called to inquire and was able to make a reservation for that evening. When we arrived, we noticed that we were the youngest people by probably about 30 years. This is not me being an ageist whatsoever, and it didn't necessarily bother us, but we did get a few strange looks. The menu was extremely limited and not at all the "American (New)" cuisine it promises. We ended up getting the brussels sprouts which were overfried, and the burger because that's really all there was. I'm not sure if things changed because of COVID or what happened here, but this is not the place that was described in 2012 or 2016. I hate to post something so negative, but thought I'd give my beloved Yelp community the heads up here, so you're not blindsided like we were.

Service was fast even though a class reunion was happening. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. I had myself a Bloody Mary, my husband had a ghost pepper jelly margarita and they were awesome. The food was absolutely amazing; we had the nachos, steak crostini, and truffle fried okra. We will definitely be back. 10 out of 10. 5 stars!
