I called in an order for 75 wings and two large fries. When I arrived to pick up my order, it was ready and waiting. I ordered lemon pepper and Jamaican jerk seasoned wings. I expected the Jamaican jerk wings to be wet, but they were not. They were still very delicious, as were the lemon pepper. The fries were not that good, but I've noticed that most places don't do well when preparing fries. So, I wasn't surprised at all. The only thing I'd recommend is that they have a warmer to keep the food in that is waiting to be picked up. I arrived on time, so my food was still hot. I assume that if I'd been late, my food would have been lukewarm at best. I did not see a warmer out front where the food was sitting. I have gone several times in the evening for a quick order of wings. Tend to get no more than 15 at a time and thankfully, every time they're very fresh. Never had to wait what I consider a long time, the customer service was as simple as I'd expect from a wing place. The food use to be very good but as of May 2019, the front counter personnel are the worst and after getting home I opened what I thought would be some delicious chicken wings to my surprise were over cooked wings that must have come from a Cornish Hen. First time in today, and I got the lemon pepper wings and shrimp fried rice combo. Let me just say that on the ride home I ate the celery sticks out of the box and even they were tasty! The lemon pepper wings were "close my eyes and hum" good. The rice was more fluffy than oily, which is how I like it. This place has been open for a little while now. I always passed it on my way into Ledo's, which is located right next door. I decided to go in here for lunch today not knowing what to expect. I came during the lunch rush and it was packed with people. I ordered the 6 piece mild Buffalo wing combo with fries. My food came reasonably quick, especially with all the people that were in there. The wings were delicious and had just the right amount of sauce on them. The fries were just ok though, they needed just a tad bit more salt. I usually order from a different wings 21 however I happened to be at my friends house to wait out the current situation with COVID-19 . Unfortunately I ordered from this wings 21 and wish that I didn't, I ordered 2 different types of wings they through them in the box and the wings sauces united as one... therefore not recieving the order that I paid for through uber eats. I called to tell them the issue and willie/billie ("the supposed manager") basically yelled at me and told me I wanted free food and told me there is nothing that he can do.
