I hate to say it but...gross. On UberEats, this spot is listed as Pho 75 & Noodles, which is misleading. Had I known this was more of a fast food spot, I would not have chosen it. I ordered the brisket and shrimp pho. The broth was very salty and lacked the essence that makes a good pho broth. The brisket was heavy on the fat. I mean, I know it's supposed to render some fat, but it was mostly fat. The shrimp was decent size. Very basic. I can't put my hand on what it was, but something in the mixture of the pho (sprouts, jalapeño, basil, protein, broth, noodles) tasted almost rancid. A bitter rustic (dirt) taste. The other item I ordered was chicken egg roll. One was fried burnt. The filling was odd. It was giving minced mystery meat. I would never order a chicken egg roll again -- it was just that traumatizingly bad. Feeling under the weather, I really looked forward to a good soup. There was way less food than normal. The new container that they use holds less food, so it was less filling. The food was done in about 10 minutes and it was hot and fresh. REVIEW UPDATE: December 15, 2023 Since the original review in 2021 I've returned a few times and the food was delicious. I'm giving this restaurant a 4* knowing that it is a restaurant in a league of takeout restaurants. I typically specify restaurant class when giving reviews so that Yelpers understand that a 4* for a takeout restaurant is not the same as a 4* for an upscale dine-in restaurant. Primarily a take-out restaurant this place consistently produces delicious teriyaki and hibachi. The ordering process is seamless and quality of the food is good. You can see them prepare the food on the grill using good cooking technique to cook the proteins. Overall a good experience and I will continue to visit. For me that sight turns me off especially when there are open sauce jars with serving spoons inside. It wasn't a deal-breaker for me but the fact this isn't a conventional "sit-down" restaurant I think they could stick to individually packaged condiments and minimize risks all. The food is horrible and complete mush. Sushi rice was over-cooked and mushy. The filling of the sushi is mushy. The fried rice isn't the standard version either. HIBACHI JUMBO SHRIMP BOWL (noodles, roasted broccoli; extra Hibachi jumbo shrimp) - Not understanding why poorly cooked broccoli spears (in abundance) and were a part of a noodle bowl which also contained ample jumbo shrimp - no broth and needed a whole lot of chewing but wasn't ready to swallow. The fork did not penetrate the stalks. Not enjoyable at all. Those short on teeth or dentures would not be able to manage this meal service. I have never experienced such an unpalatable veggie that could possibly cause choking hazard. Maybe I could cook the broccoli til tender. read more

Hello, my name is Unique and I'm addicted to Pokè. Unfortunately, this time at SH&P, my itch was not scratched and the customer service seems to have declined. There are about 15 signs in and around the place advertising sushi burritos. When I proceeded to order one, the person taking my order informed me "sushi burrito no more", disappointed I opted for the Hawaiian breeze bowl. Before I got my bowl, I noticed a A man behind the counter in dark shades and a grimace. He was angry and speaking rather rudely to the other staff. I'm really big on the customer experience and it's not at all appropriate to reprimand staff in front of customers. This same sunglass wearing man angrily made my bowl. Needless to say this bowl was not made with love. I watched him closely and he seemed to just be slamming seaweed and angrily squirting eel sauce on my bowl. The bowl left much to be desired. Loaded with bland white rice and lacking fish, I was pretty underwhelmed. Uninteresting flavor profile, and mostly a rice bowl. I suggest an update to the signs and menu to more accurately reflect what's offered. I also suggest homeboy with the glasses to take a chill pill. read more

Yummo yum. I have been waiting for this place to open. Like, seriously. I saw that it was opening soon and got uber excited! Easy peasy location in Largo Plaza. I believe it is where the old shoe store used to be (am I dating myself?) Either way it is pretty open inside with a good amount of seats, wherever you sit there is place to watch tv. They have a section where you are able to see the sushi being made in addition to them cooking on the grill. The menu is fairly large in size for a fast casual place. They have teriyaki, hibachi, bento boxes, sushi, sushi burritos, poke bowls, and dessert. Each of these selections have various choices of meat selections. It was explained to me that the teriyaki choices are slightly smaller. Not my fave- the up-charge for: fried rice, noodles, yum yum sauce, etc. But, I suppose I understand. I got the chicken and steak hibachi with noodles. This meal was huge! Much bigger than what I expected and what I received from a comparison joint. Also, the steak actually resembled steak, rather than that chopped meat like substance that you can get from other places. The best part, leftovers! There is no way you can finish this portion in one sitting and everyone knows that hibachi taste better after the sauces can sit in overnight and flavor it up. Prices are slightly higher than the closest comparable fast casual hibachi, but the quality is way better. Also, I didn't notice a loyalty (buy 5 get one free or get half off) catd type of thing. I don't order from Sakura like I used to However, I've called in orders and ordered via Uber Eats alot and I get the same thing each time - Hibachi chicken with zucchini and brocolli, no onions. So I decided to order via Uber Eats on May 6. When I got my order there's cabbage instead of zucchini. I go back to Uber Eats to check the description. No change there so I call Sakura and explain that I was expecting zucchini, not cabbage. I even stated that the description wasn't updated to reflect this change. I was told there's nothing they could do about it. I was willing to go to the restaurant to change my order but I was told no. I'm really disappointed with the way this situation was handled but thankfully ubers eats refunded me. read more

Not a bad place for a quick poke bowl fix. It's not the best fish (freshness) by any means but you definitely get a good portion for what you pay for. If this is your first time trying poke, I'd say go for it. If poke is your favorite food, I would look for something else. read more

Although the portions were very big the taste of the poke bowl and the raw fish had to much of a fishy taste. After awhile I had to put the salmon and tuna to the side and then attempted to try the miso soup which is by far the worst I've ever had it tasted way to sour other miso soups I have tried in the past were flavorful and fermented perfectly this one was just bad. As for my significant others dish he ordered a shrimp hibachi with noodles and the noodles came back cold as well as the steamed vegetables so the hot shrimp sat on top of cold noodles with a side of cold steamed veggies. The food was amazing. I ordered takeout two Hibachi Chicken entrees that came with fried rice and vegetables. The vegetables were part of my favorite because it was zucchini onions and broccoli. It was a good portion of food for the amount that I spent on it so I felt like I really got my money's worth. I haven't not eaten at the restaurant in quite awhile but I plan to after this order. I knocked off one star because the delivery took over an hour. I was not prepared for the wait. When I ordered online it said 45-55 mins and the app kept telling me that my food was on it's way and would push back the delivery time which I am not sure who's fault it was. I do a lot of quick carry out here. They are right across the road so they are uber convenient for me to jet over and grab some sushi. I think I had a bento box once, but I'm a sushi gal. I've ate here sooooo many times and it was good each time and never in life would I think I would have a bug in my food ! And better yet I was asked was I "really sure" if it was a bug in my food as if I was lying or put it there myself...never would I put my worst phobia in some food... So, the first time I ordered from here they did pretty well. I enjoyed the tempura yam and the shrimp tempura roll was good as well. However every time following, the meal has been decreasing in satisfaction. The rolls sloppy and seemingly rushed. And the ultimate offense, I ordered at least 4 different kinds of rolls this time (despite a clear lack of variety in the offerings)and they were all packaged in one box with no separate partitions of any kind. Delicious! My four year old, my elderly father, and I were visiting the area and needed an unfussy dinner, and this sushi/hibachi restaurant was recommended to us. I ordered two rolls - the Alaska (avocado, salmon) roll and the Rainbow roll. The rolls were generous and the fish was fresh. My father and my kiddo split a beef & shrimp hibachi with white rice and it was plenty. Under $30 for the three of us and everyone went home happy! The customer service is wonderful, too. This one worker got mad at me because I didn't hear him call out my order.. all i did was ask if he did and he caught an attitude with me saying he called it out over 10 times. There was this one nice girl working at the register though. She was the only cashier. To add, a customer had complained before about her order, and he was upset with her. They weren't very busy when we went but somehow the service was still very slow. Our drink order was wrong twice and the food was under flavored and not cooked to proper temperature. When it came time to pay there was also an 18% tip added to the bill, it's good we noticed, because even with as bad as this was, we still do 10% for the service but, 18% is way excessive for bad food and slow service. read more
