Never been to a Wings and Rings before. I dropped my kid off with some friends at Perfect North, and I needed to burn some time while they all skied. The place definitely has a B Dubs feel. And not in a bad way. Tons of televisions so I was able to watch some football while I waited. I didn't wait. The service was not fast. That said, I didn't really mind, as I had time to burn. But if you're in a hurry you might want to consider that. I ordered a Signature half salad for lunch, with fried chicken in sweet Thai chili sauce. The salad was really good and fresh, with a ton of red pepper in it, which I liked. The sauce went well with the salad, and blended well with ranch dressing. I'd definitely come back, and next time I'd like to try the wings. But if they're anything like the salad, I'm all in for it. read more

We loved this this location, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. I placed Order through the Wings and Rings app for delivery. The food never arrived. When I called the store, I spoke with a manager who identified herself as Jessica. She stated the location does not deliver food, even though the order was placed through their own app for delivery and I have received deliveries from this location before. The interaction was not friendly, and the call ended in a way that made it seem like I was hung up on. Since I still had no food or resolution, I drove to the store myself. The restaurant was not busy, yet I stood at the front waiting for help while staff were in the kitchen talking. When Jessica came out, she again insisted they do not deliver. She brought another employee with her during the conversation, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. I showed her the order on my phone and explained that I simply wanted a refund. I was told the refund would be processed by Sunday night or Monday at the latest. It has now been six days. I have emailed the store and completed their customer survey. The only response I received was an automated email thanking me for my feedback. I have not heard from a real person, and I still have not received the promised $74 refund. It is extremely frustrating to have to go to this extent just to get a refund for food that was never delivered, especially from a place we have supported and enjoyed for years! A situation like this should have been handled quickly and professionally. Instead, there has been no accountability and no customer service. I cannot recommend this location. Horrible Experience - Our Vacation Was Ruined. In January, we were excited to take our kids for first ski trip. Everything was going well until one dinner completely ruined it. My eldest son ordered a chicken sandwich from Wings & Rings and took it back to the hotel. After one bite, he screamed in pain -- the sandwich was rock hard. I ran out of the bathroom to find him crying, blood streaming from his mouth. One of his teeth was nearly knocked out. The sandwich was so hard it didn't even compress when I squeezed it. We rushed back to Wings & Rings, but the staff said the manager wasn't there. Only after I insisted did they give me a contact number. That night we drove for hours trying to find an emergency dentist, without luck. My son was in terrible pain and couldn't eat. The next day we finally found a dentist nearly an hour away. By then, our entire vacation was already ruined. We sent all medical reports to Francois, but heard nothing back for months. I have to keep sending the messages to him. Finally in May, Francis told us they wouldn't take responsibility. Throughout the process, I had to chase them for replies, and their attitude was incredibly dismissive. We've been to the this Wings And Rings location several times over the years and I'd say we've had more good than bad here. The service was EXCELLENT this time as our waitress was super on the ball and very friendly as well. We tried some Parmesan Garlic which were simply fries topped with garlic aioli and shaved parm. It was a no frills and very tasty appetizer. Good fries with good flavour and they didn't let the garlic dominate it too much. For my main course as usual I got their traditional wings with Buffalo Extra Hot sauce and bleu cheese for dipping. The wings were cooked perfectly and had lots of sauce on them which I appreciate. The Buffalo sauce has plenty of great flavour and plenty of heat also making for a superb chicken wing. Also worth mentioning is they have some of the best bleu cheese dip of any wing joint I know of. The onion rings I got as a side I would classify as average. Unfortunately, after several attempts to order online, I was unsuccessful as the online order system wouldn't accept my order. I took the time to call in and order, which was a smooth and painless process. My order was ready upon arrival and I expressed my frustration with the online ordering and the staff member responded with "I know, we hear that complaint all the time." I would think a frequent complaint would be reviewed my management to see how it could be improved for patrons, guess not. After getting home and reviewing my order, I was very disappointed in the portion size of the Cauliflower wings, mind you I ordered the "shareable" size from the menu. See picture, there is nothing to share here. My husband and I frequent this establishment and appreciate that on a football Sunday we did not have to wait long for our order. However, the portion size (4 larger bites and some crumbles) is unacceptable for paying $7.99. For almost $40, we only ordered 10 wings, cauliflower wings and mozzarella sticks on a pick up order. Imagine paying $50 for the same order while dining in. I understand the cost of everything has gone up, I don't mind paying, as long as I'm going to receive a comparable portion size. I don't like complaining, but felt I should caution others on ordering the "Shareable Cauliflower Wings", as you couldn't even share them with your shadow. Wow. So we really tried to throw these guys some business last Sunday night. Been to many other locations, and keep forgetting this is right on our way home from CVG. We landed around 9:30p from a long flight from CA, and decided we should stop somewhere on the way home. Passed by many places in Hebron that would've been fine for a late bite. Checked Yelp, info says they are open till 11pm. Not true. Entered the lot at 10:10 or so. (Looked open to us when we pulled in.) I've always had a standing rule about buffalo wings. I only eat them at wing places. Now I think I have a second rule. When I'm at the wing places, only order the buffalo wings. I've been to a few BW&R locations for wings over the years, and they have been consistently solid. Good meaty wings and great sauces every time. Tonight I thought I would throw in a side of bacon mac & cheese as a change of pace. Mistake. The bacon mac & cheese is.... is... very difficult to describe. All I could really taste was pepper. Technically it was macaroni and cheese. There was macaroni in the bowl and cheese on top, and I have to assume some sort of cheese mixture that held the macaroni together. I'm not entirely sure. There were a few tiny pieces of bacon on top. I made a point to finish it off so I could enjoy the wings, which were as great as always! It took a little while for me to be served initially once I was given a table, but the server was very pleasant and checked on me regularly. For this, I bump them up to 4 stars from 3.
