If I could do less than 1 star I would. Was there on 5/6/22, 45 minute wait to get a table, I get it, they were busy and we were ok with it. We had a party of 6 and the table they eventually sat us at had been empty for 10 or 15 minutes minutes before being seated, that was just the beginning. Service was terrible, waitress was slow, and absent the majority of the time. She forgot drinks and when she didn't forget it took forever. Now the food.... we ordered 2 orders of fried pickles and 2 orders of pretzel bites, they took forever, when we got them, it was cold and the pickles were burnt. My grilled boneless chicken was cold, overcooked and barely had and any nashville hot seasoning, she forgot my fries and when she did bring them they were cold and for the price, there was a very small portion. My Grand Daughters chicken strips had sauce on them when we explicitly said "on the side", my Stepsons boneless wings were swimming in sauce. We will definitely not be back ever! read more

Food was good as always . The server was extremely friendly . We were served a half glass of milk (for a child) and told that was all they had left. . 1 meal was left behind when served and the server "couldn't find it" but the manager was able to locate it and bring it to the table while making her rounds . The children's candy claw machine is full of peppermints.. not the worst thing, just a little strange. . All and all it was a good meal and good service! read more

This place used to be a nice go-to. With covid I strictly do carry out orders and I've never been pleased with the carry out. The boxes leak all over the bags making a mess, no napkins or wet wipes are provided, no utensils are ever given either. It's pretty 50/50 on if my order is actually correct OR warm. This order is room temp & it looks like they didn't even bother to coat the wings. The last time I got them, they actually were covered and warm. You'd expect more during lunch hour. Pretty good experience here -- sat at the bar and shared a pitcher of beer ($8 special) while we reviewed the menu and placed our to-go order.. Ordered the lemon pepper grilled, boneless wings, side salad and chicken quesadilla without peppers. Everything was pretty tasty, however, the side salad a bit too heavy on the red onion and croutons; would've preferred more greens and tomatoes. Service by the bartender was good, too. She made sure we had everything we needed (i.e., plastic cutlery, napkins, etc.). We stopped in for lunch on a Monday at 1:10. We were shown to a table and 15 minutes later, not one person came to take our drink orders or even acknowledged that we were there. The sign on the door states everyone's temperature would be taken due to Covid, but they can't do that if they don't know you're there. Pretty poor experience in pick up service this afternoon. We've used this service many times before, as well as eaten in. What's going wrong now? Waited over 10 minutes upon arrival before anybody even stepped out to get my info. She immediately went back inside to get our orders and brought out two large bags with nothing labeled. When we ordered online, we input names as we usually do as they will mark the boxes. This time, no labels at all. I asked her to please mark the orders so that I could get them to the right people. 15 minutes (YES 15 MINUTES) later, she returns with food labeled. Not only was ALL the food cold, but they left out one order of wings. What a waste of $75 in food. Order was to be ready at 2:37, and it wasn't in my car labeled until 3pm. Home at 3:05 with really cold food - we snacked on other food. Dogs at this stuff except the bone in wings of course. Thoroughly disappointed in the service. read more

Walking in to the place my first impression is this an upscale Buffalo Wild Wings, but how fast that first impression turned to crap. The waiter we had was the WORST I have EVER had! I think they have the best wings going. It's nice they even offer a grilled version which is rare. Having said that they are a bit pricey at about a buck a wing. They are better than BW3 and Wild Mike's quality wise for sure. Also best blue cheese for wings ever. Restaurant is convenient to 275 or 50. Clean. Wait staff typically does a good job. Server totally out of her element, did okay on getting the first round of drinks and that's where it ended. Took forever to take our order and when it finally showed up, guess what? Atrocious service! We had a party of 15 and they wouldn't seat us all together. Then, they gave each table of six four sets of silverware. Our food came, and I asked for more silverware and was told they'd have to check to see if there was any more clean. Really? It's a Saturday evening--we're they not expecting to have customers? Our party ordered several appetizers of Ranchero Tots. Evidently, they'd ran out of cheese sauce when they got to our order, because there was barely any on ours while other folks' in our party had orders that were drowning in cheese sauce. My husband's Buffalo Chicken Salad barely had any chicken on it. Then, the waitress messed up someone else's bill (someone from a different party altogether) and came back to get ALL of our checks to see if she'd accidentally left food off of one of ours! Um, we're honest--if something had been left off, we'd have called it to her attention! I doubt we'll ever go back. read more

Stopped in while staying at the adjacent hotel next door. I went in and sat at the bar ordered 10 boneless wings in a bourbon bbq sauce as well as a beer on draft. Saw on menu suggested ask your waiter about grilled option so I did he recommended so that's what I ordered. What a mistake. These aren't wings in the least bit. Whole filet of chicken breast cut in half and seared then dumped in bowl of overbearing sauce. Literally the chicken was swimming in sauce to the point the only word that could come to mind to describe it to someone was chicken soup. Did not remind me of what I know as chicken wings (ie more like bites than filets). I awkwardly ate 2-3 bites before coming to conclusion it wasn't going to become any more appetizing. I wanted to give it a fair shake but just was not for me. I finished my beer and asked for check. It was obvious I was displeased with the quality of food so waiter asked for me to wait and went in back room. I assumed they were going to talk to management to try and put the wings on the house or at least make me something else to go. He came back with 5 free wings coupon only good at that one location in Greendale (told him I lived 5 states away and that was a completely worthless gesture) as well as the 16$ check. Paid for my 20$ beer and left unsatisfied and still hungry. What a waste. Will never be back to this or any restaurant within 30 mile radius. read more

Buff wings and rings is your traditional wings place, nothing crazy by any means. The place is always clean and the staff awesome. I rec the chili and potato skins for non-traditional food items. The wings are still great, just not what I would consider crazy innovative. Go in to have Milan as your waitress, she is literally the best by all means. This is probably my least favorite restaurant in town. Every time I've been there we've had an issue all 3 times. Never receive *hot* food always like warm or less. Servers always disappear and don't come back till you're done eating. Order alcoholic beverages and they come 20 minutes into your meal. I wouldn't recommend this as a place to eat if you're. Took my guys from work for lunch. It took over 1.5 hrs to get food. Service was terrible didn't give one of my techs his military discount. We wanted a big booth they lied to us said it was reserved for a business meeting but later seen a woman with a baby and parents sit down in that booth. They also got their food before us. Three managers walked past us multiple times didn't ask how we were didn't seem like they cared. We asked for to go cups and they didn't have any. WORST SERVICE IN TOWN!!! My boyfriend and I got curbside pick up/carry out and the lady was rude on the phone starting out. We then, got there and the lady's mask was not on, and she wasn't wearing gloves, nor social distancing. We got half way down the road and noticed in our bag that we never received napkins or utensils like every carry out place does. When we got home, the wings were hard as a rock and dry and you could barely bite and chew them. We also got celery and normally you get a plateful and we only got 3 or 4 pieces of them. This restaurant is a great addition to the Greendale area, my family and I have eaten dinner several times and the atmosphere is similar to Buffalo Wild Wings, but the food is better than the fast food quality at BWWs. Many mail coupons keep us coming back, the only thing preventing 5 stars is that the servers seem a little unorganized and often come back to ask for a repeat on an order when they refuse to write them down. No one is expecting them to memorize every order, it's not a fine dining steakhouse so the order means more being correct then memorized. read more
