I think we picked the worst day to stop by this location based on the serving staff or lack there of. They had one server taking care of the lunch rush due to others calling in. For the chaos she provided a great customer service, and we did not have to wait too terribly long for food or drinks. This is my first time at this franchise and everything tasted great. My boneless, grilled wings were tender and flavorful. My Korean sauce tasted great with the cilantro, and my onion rings were good. First time there recently! Very very good! Rings are nice and crunchy and thick and the sauce for dipping is very tasty! Customer service is great, workers are wearing masks consistently and are cleaning and distancing customers very well! While driving around trying to figure out where to go get a beer and a bite to eat this place literally appeared out of nowhere near a grocery store I go to once a week so I must've not heard about it being built or opening but the lights were on and there were a few cars in the parking lot! We were greeted at the door politely and allowed to sit wherever we wanted. The place is sparkling brand new!! Excellent bartender and you can order food at the bar. Menu had many vegan and gluten free options, wings, sandwiches, burgers, desserts,, appetizers as well as specialty cocktails and a decent beer list of taps. Service was great, we tried the garlic Parmesan aïoli fries and some wings. We decided to stop in for a meal, even with the covid 19 panic consuming the country. The meal was fantastic, the service was great, and the staff was very pleasant. Maybe more impressive, was the way they were addressing customers health concerns. They obviously had planned to provide distance between guests, constant cleaning, brought food to the table wearing gloves, and still were very friendly. I feel weird leaving a review. I've served and cooked in restaurants and stores for years now, but this was rather...disappointing. Typically love love going to the O street BWR, but when the two of us walked in we stood and waited while they deliberated where to seat us (there were no more than 10 people in there) After being seated we waited long enough to pick our drinks, apps, and food orders before anyone came by. In the middle of giving our order we had to stop while another server approached and the two talked about who was going to take care of our table. Much of what we said was missed after that exchange and had to be repeated. The 3 drinks came spread out one at a time and the last one we had to remind them about. We ended up waiting over a half hour on the apps, again, it wasn't busy, at least on the floor, and ultimately our food came out with our apps after the server went running back to the kitchen. The fries were lukewarm and the cheese congealed and cold, portions were much smaller than when we usually go (which is couple times a month). Towards the end we just sat killing time because no one was around and we needed boxes, only one came out, we asked for two. The ticket was just given to us, but it was being split so we had to send it back because we were never asked about that. We had inquired about the free app that I had at the beginning and when it came time to put it on it was forgotten and then eventually remembered. It was a lot of wait time and rather disappointing food/service in a place we generally love. The wings however, were wonderful.
