I really don't want to say this, but the bar waitresses brought out some rolls and butter. Husband bit into it and had to pull a 16" long hair. Those waitresses just kinda laughed it off. My fish and chips were served cold-ish after I asked to have them crisp. The waitresses at the bar said they aren't taking anyone's orders "til I go have a smoke"....after we waited for around 30 min already! None of their hair was tied back and was grazing over the food orders! One waitress at her lunch and served food with mayo from her BLT all over her face. And to top it off, not one of those "ladies" ever washed their hands once the whole time we were there! Handling money, etc. Totally nasty!! I do however want to thank the manager for tending very promptly to us. He was solid gold. Just be real careful if you eat here. read more

Upon Google search and their website it stated they were open at 11am on a Sunday. Drove to their location to find out they are closed on Sunday's. Very aggravating not to have their information up to date and allow people to waste their time and gas to go there thinking they are open to be slapped in the face because their not. My friend ordered the large ribeye steak, and I ordered the lunch portion of cod and potatoes. Both were EXCELLENT! We have never had a bad, or even "ok" meal here. The person that seated us was also super friendly. The person that gave us our food was nice he just got in our conversation. I wish Yelp was on a 10 point scale, because this place deserves between a 3-4. I was pleasantly surprised by my meal, esp given it's a chain restaurant. Had the chicken skillet. The chicken was the right tenderness and tasted good (I added cheese sauce on side to dip it in). The broccoli was okay, tasted a little like it may have been cooked a couple of days ago. Baked potato was pretty awesome (the put the sour cream under a nice layer of cheese). Lastly, their spicy cheese bite appetizer was delicious with a nice level of spice! Recently visited Somerset and found this family owned gem of a restaurant! The filet medallions melted in my mouth and the rolls are delicious! After searching for a place that would satisfy everyone's tastebuds I came across Reno's Roadhouse. I debated about going to the place behind it. I'm glad I chose here otherwise I would never have met Sarah (our server). She was super nice and patient while many questions were asked about the menu items and also telling us about the daily specials. Speaking with her I found out the establishment is family owned and great pride is taken in making their food. I could tell after tasting the first bite of my meal. Today just so happen to be an all you can eat catfish night. My sides were coleslaw and Mac and cheese and the Mac & Cheese was great! I could tell it was scratch made. Reno's has always been a great place to eat. I used to go the one in hazard, and it was always my fav place to eat. Some great staple dishes like the cheese fries. Sometimes the food isn't 100% here at this location (orders have been wrong and the cook on the steak has been wrong but the staff is always perfect about it) but it is a great option in the area. I think they definitely need an upgrade though interior design wise. I do enjoy my visits to Reno's though! read more

After a long day on the lake a cold beer and some good food hit the spot just right. They serve rolls like Texas roadhouse with similar butter. I had the surf and turf and it was a decent value for $28, plenty of steak and shrimp. The food was so good we ate there the next day as well. The double bubba burger I think it was called was enormous and really good. Everyone in our group seemed really happy about the food. The only bad thing we had was I ordered a strawberry daiquiri and no one at our table seemed to think it had any alcohol in it. Would rate 0 stars but it won't let you. Went about 2pm ordered the lunch special, chicken tenders 1 side $6. Lunch ended at 3pm. Brought our ticket at 3:21 and wouldn't give me the lunch price. Regular tender meal is $12 with two sides. So instead of giving me the lunch price they refunded me for one side. So I paid $10 instead of $6. Not a big difference but still if it says $6 it should be $6. Had to wait 10 minutes on rolls and 10 more for my drink. Definitely will not be back. I will tell everyone not to go there. Also the lady next to me ordered a medium steak and the first two they brought were well done.
