Multiple times we were told about issues with the kitchen and how everyone was having to slow service and tables because the kitchen couldn't handle it. We looked around and by the time we sat down after 7p half the restaurant was empty! We finally got (some) of our food around 8p which was a bizarre mix of appetizers and entrees that were very lukewarm. The presentation and concept is great and we really enjoyed the beers. The waitress was really sweet, but didn't even come around again until it was time to give me the check. when I told her that his food still had hot sauce on it, she said "I put it in for them to not have it on there, I'm sorry" and then took the payment.
