I remember stopping by this place when I was working for Stagnaro Distributing. It was only to take their beverage order, but I really liked the vibe of this place. Coffee and breakfast in the mornings, beer (and other adult libations) and pub grub in afternoons and evenings. So my fiancee and I decided to stop by one evening for dinner. Their menu is loaded with lots of pub grub favorites likw pizza, sandwiches, burgers, salads, wings, and more. Their libations menu is pretty nice too. The place itself consists of two buildings, one that serves coffee in the mornings and a second one that does lunch and dinner. There's lots of outdoor seating including an area that overlooks the East Fork Little Miami River. There's lots staff are all very friendly and welcoming. For our drinks, my fiancee had a Pinot Noir and I had a Braxton Ballpark Beer (a German style light lager). For our food, she ordered a Margherita pizza on an artesian crust, and I had the Burbage burger with fries (fries are a $3 upcharge). They feature live music on weekends so there was a guy playing acoustic guitar that night and he was pretty good. We didn't wait long at all before everything was ready. They say their pizza in wood fired, but honestly, it doesn't really look or taste that way. It was still pretty good though. My burger was excellent and had a great combination on sweet and spiciness. The fries were almost like steak fries and very well seasoned. Overall, I could see going back here again, though maybe not so much for the pizza. I might try their wings next time... Or their bourbon glazed meatloaf.

I had a late lunch here recently and thought it was pretty good. Not great or something I'd rush back for but it was decent enough for a weekday lunch. The service was ok. We were the only customers and it was still kind of slow service. Not the kitchen - the food came out fairly quickly. Servers tend to just linger in the bar area. But she was friendly and helpful when we had her attention. I had the Kick'n Chicken Sandwich, breaded. My daughter had the BBQ Chicken Wrap, breaded. It comes with chips and we stuck with that. The chicken was a bit dry. It wasn't burnt. It just needed a little less time in the fryer. The flavor was ok but the dryness made the chicken a little tough. Otherwise, it would've been good. We may stop in again and try other things on the menu.

Food: 3.5 out of 5. The Margherita pizza was pretty good. I'd order it again. Service: 3.5 out of 5. The place was pretty slow today but the service was a bit behind. I might not dine in again due to that.

Cute little place that is expanding! I heard they will have a pizza oven and other yummy food options and date opening is TBD. I've been many times for coffee and their current food menu. The chili is SO good!!! If you're in a hurry, this isn't your place, as it has always been on the slower side every time I've been. But if you don't mind a little wait, it is worth it! Also, if you tend to be cold natured, dress warm when visiting in the colder months--it is quite cold!

I went for the chocolate covered strawberry chai latte. It was amazing!!! I've also tried an iced red velvet latte but it wasn't sweet enough for me even though you could tell it had lots of flavoring in it. The coffee was strong and I personally didn't like the taste. I don't think extra flavoring would have made it better. So I just get the chai every time. I like the different flavoring options that they have. The parking was confusing. We didn't really know where it was. It's across from the UDF.

Very local place with no competition. I love the additions to the outdoor seating. Was a bit chaotic trying to coordinate where we could dine because some areas outside were empty which would have the server running from one end of the place to another. My husband is a pizza man and for months we've been wanting to get down here to try. It was a Friday dinner time, they only had a handful of customers but it was packed by time we left which also resulted in very slow service to cash out. I think most of the customers were there for beer and that really tapped the server trying to tend to tables who were having dinner. Now for the food: I've always been very impressed by the food here but nothing about any of our meals left us with the desire to return. At least not for food. The pickles and cheese curds...fabulous! Though I will say we were charged $0.50 for sauce that we didn't order. I just assumed it came with it as all we ordered was the appetizer we never mentioned Chipotle ranch. ‍ I let that go and didn't mention it because again it took forever to get our check and then cash out. The pizza I bet is a commissary type dough already prepared. It was dry and cracker type crust. The poor BBQ chicken wrap was burned and flavorless. The meatloaf, which I have had before and liked was barely warm yet it was busy by that point and there was no way time to ask for it to be heated. I didn't care for the presentation of the meatloaf entree. Overall, it wasn't the experience I've had here when they were smaller. Maybe they are still working to scale things now that they've finished the expansion.

Great view while enjoying food and conversation.

Great place, amazing service and delicious food all with a riverside view! This was my first time stopping in. The staff was so friendly, helpful and fun! It was close to closing time so we sat outside. The place is so nicely decorated inside and out. Can't wait to stop back in.

    Fabulous Egg sandwich

Stopped in on the way to Elks Run Golf for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Fabulous! Soft, slightly toasted bagel with lettuce, tomato and mayo was simple but incredible.

Somehow they could tell I was new to Alveo, and they explained the process. Cashier was very sweet. Owner/Head chef took the time to chat with me, it obvious he cares as much about the ingredients as he does the customers' experience. Top notch dude. The sandwich? Criminally delicious. All the ingredients of the Tacchina were different temps, textures, flavors, so when they came together between the bread, it was an unparalleled experience. If they sold the GF focaccia by the loaf, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. I respect the ingredients of the chips, just didn't love the flavor and texture (olive oil) and the bag is big enough to share with a friend. Tried the orange Italian soda, wasn't a fav, but maybe another flavor would be better. Would like to see more umbrellas for the patio, but I was lucky to snag a spot in the shade, at that point in the day. Alveo is the best sandwich I've had in 7 years of living here! When I am in any new place, I like to visit businesses that are either local, or do not exist where I live. As I was looking online for some coffee options, I came across Biggby. Having never heard of it, I decided to give it a try. I am the only person in my family whom I was traveling with that drinks coffee, so I made this trip to Biggby solo. From my research, it appears that this is a coffee chain that originated in East Lansing, Michigan. It has since amassed over 400 locations across the US, with most being in the northern Midwest. There is one store in Idaho, and some more scattered along the southern Atlantic coast. Most locations seem to be franchises, as I assume this one is as well. Biggby Coffee is located in the Eastgate area of Cincinnati. Specifically, it sits on the corner of Eastgate N Drive, Wyler Park Drive, and Glen Este-Withamsville Road, just off of James A. Rhodes Appalachian Highway. It is near the Clermont County Public Library - Union Township Branch, Meijer, and several other restaurants. To me, it looked to be a newly-constructed building, so I am not sure if anything was ever here previously! I thought it was relatively easy to navigate to Biggby. The building sort of sits by itself, and though there is no road sign to see from far away, the orange roof and branded signage on the tallest part of the building help to point you in the right direction. This is primarily a drive-thru establishment, but there are parking spots around the perimeter of the property. The footprint is small, but is it relatively easy to figure out which way to go in order to get in line. Along with the drive-thru setup, there is a walk-up window to order at. Not too much seating here, which is expected given the nature of the business, but there is a bench near the walk-up window to utilize. I arrived here just after 11:00 AM on a Sunday morning in September. It was not too crowded, but there were a few other customers both in the drive-thru and at the walk-up window. I chose to go through the drive-thru, so I took a minute to look over the menu before ordering. The staff was fine with that, and since it was not super busy, I was not in a rush to keep the line moving. They serve a variety of coffees, lattes, teas, freezes, energy drinks, cold brews, food, and more. There were probably over 20 different flavor options to add into drinks, several of which were sugar free. It appears that they have seasonal flavors and specials, as the feature items on the menu were pumpkin and maple at the time of my visit. Since I had already had breakfast, I opted to just get a coffee to drink. The staff were all very nice in providing some additional information and giving their recommendations on what to get. I ended up ordering a 24-Ounce Iced Coffee with Pumpkin and White Chocolate, half sweet. They called this White Pumpkin, and it was a seasonal feature. I really did enjoy my drink! It was the perfect sweetness for my personal taste, and I got to sip on it for a few hours. Service here was very prompt and efficient. I spent less than 3 minutes in the drive-thru from when I placed my order to when I was pulling away. I had a very positive experience in regards to the overall service I received. I think the value here is pretty good, but also pretty standard when comparing to other coffee shops. They have several different Bigg Deals, where you get a drink and food item for either $5, $7, or $9, depending on your choices. My coffee ended up being around $5, which again is pretty normal for a drink like that at a shop like this. I thought the pricing of the menu as a whole was pretty fair. I am glad that I stopped at this Biggby location to give it a try! Like I said, I have never heard of this brand before, but really enjoyed my visit to this location and my first experience trying the coffee here. I would definitely stop again at a different location, or at this one when I am back in the area. On my next trip, I hope to try some of the food items or maybe even a fancier latte-type drink. I think this is a good edition to the Eastgate area, and provides some variety for your coffee choice. I would recommend giving a Biggby a try if you are thinking about doing so!
