Food is great. Service sucks. There was only us and one other couple on the family side. Waitress came and took order. She got my order wrong on then never came back to check on us so our drinks were empty and never offered refills. Finally got our bill and had my credit card out when waitress dropped off the check. She saw me put it down but walked away without taking it. Finally after 20 minutes we went and found another waitress so we could pay our bill. Heard great things about this place while we were in town and just had to stop in! Holly was our server! She was so friendly and helpful! :) she went above and beyond to make our little date night great! We will definitely be back next time were in town as long as she is there! I've been to this location a couple times in the past without any issues, but recently it's just been a major disappointment. The pretzel bites were sitting in a pool of water, and came AFTER we received our food. The waitress claimed that another member of the wait staff had taken our order on accident. Both the burgers ordered were rare. When we pointed this to the server, we were told that they are all cooked to "medium," a little bit of information that would have been nice to know when ordering. We were offered to have them "thrown back in the grill," after all the condiments had been put on them. No thank you. Needless to say, we won't be back to this location. read more

I went there with my daughter tonight! The staff was super nice, and very patient as she was having a meltdown! She knocked her fries off the table, and the manager brought us out some more ASAP and was super sweet to my daughter! You can't get service like that anymore these days! Not great. Food is mediocre at best. We've had burnt sandwich buns at every meal. I had the BBQ rib tips the other day and they were so tough I couldn't eat them. Had a side of macaroni and cheese and it was completely flavorless. Didn't eat that either. Actually left still hungry. :-(. Service is terrible!! Non-attentive staff. read more

AWFUL! I paid $12 for the chicken tender meal. I got 5 chicken tenders and 6 onion rings. Literally I counted. I paid a dollar for every piece of food on my plate. The onion rings were all onion, barely any breading, and tasted absolutely disgusting. I will NEVER go back. I don't even want to give them one star because that is being nice. read more

Went there after hearing a lot of negative reviews. Ordered a few boneless wings and the Wall of Flame. The boneless wings were subpar, but the challenge had big meaty ribs covered in a ton of chopped Habenero peppers and there was soo much! Loved the chopped pepper instead of a gooey sauce. Some may find it cheap, but I thought it was a pleasant surprise. The heat was intense and I had 3 wings left. I eat Ghost peppers and other spicy foods all the time so delicious taste and fire wasn't the hard part, finishing all of it was! I did finish it and stood up stuffed to accept my T-shirt and picture. The challenge was as expensive as the Bdubs challenge, hotter, more food, no time limit to enjoy the wings, and it was an enjoyable taste. I'd go to bdubs for boneless wings and sports, but if you're looking for a challenge that fills you up at a low price then go to Wings Etc. read more

I have eaten here multiple times, the food does taste good and the waiters and waitresses are nice and charming, however how the food is executed frustrates me, every time I get wings the sauce is just thrown around on it, it makes the wings sometimes wet and sometimes I need to take a towel to wash it off a bit. Not the best food. there appetizers are decent, but me and my friend went here we ate and were waiting near the front doors for our uber. not in the way of the door. the manager came up and said we need to go outside and wait so we don't disturb "paying customers" keep in mind we just paid for our meal that was below average. so we went out there and waiting in the 20 degree weather for our ride and then the bouncer comes out and said we need to leave the property. this place is not good and very slow service. I only ever order online for pick up from here because it's convenient and close to my house. Every time i go there i have to stand for around for a couple minutes at the front before i ever see anyone. They have their counter for pickup in their bar which i get is easy for the staff but i'm not 21 and hate that every time i go there and a waitress finally decides to glance over at the entrance and tell them i'm here for pick up i have to repeat "no i can't go to the counter because i legally can not go into the bar" and almost every time i get the worst attitude and eye roll (except today, she was actually very polite). I enjoy the wings and this won't stop me from coming but hoping to pass on some recommendations like put a bell or something that goes off when people come in the door because at night it's ridiculous how none of the staff monitors the door to see if people are there and possibly changing the process for pick up or clarifying to all your staff that if someone is waiting for pickup despite the sign telling you it's in the bar that they may be under age and don't need you to try and make people feel stupid for actually doing the correct thing. read more

Dined in on 4/13/17, arrived around 7:30pm, sat ourselves in the dining side where three other tables were occupied. Took several minutes to be acknowledged by server. This was my first time so I asked for additional time to order. Our order was placed, then the waiting began. Our food didn't arrive until 45-50 minutes later. In the meantime, we were ignored by our server while another server seemed to be walking laps around the restaurant. Also, there was a karaoke event going on with several small children in attendance. The children were running around with no supervision while the leader of the event was going around to the tables telling people to go to the back and sing. Also, they had the side door propped open so they could go out and smoke, all the while the wind and smoke were drifting into the restaurant. Our server only came to our table after we called him over and told us the kitchen was backed up. One table that came in 30 minutes after us received their food first while a few minutes later, our food arrived, with the server lying to us and said the ticket time was 27 minutes. The food was terrible. I ordered the pork tenderloin which was dry and over-breaded. I also ordered onion rings and mushrooms which were just generic foodservice product. One friend ordered boneless wings, which looked very small. I tried one of the garlic parmesan and was taken aback by how powerful the garlic flavor was. Upper management has really failed miserably as far as staffing. The good waitstaff have moved on & had given notice of their plans. What we've got here is a failure of taking care of the managers & waitstaff that they had & have not brought in competent workers to backfill. We've always like eating & drinking there. The food is good. Big beers are cold & priced to sell. It's a wonderful atmosphere when we've got someone who's on the ball & has a great personality. We always tip very well when appropriate. I'm sorry but this restaurant is the most unseasoned, dry, plain restaurant I've ever been in. It just made me so uncomfortable and I felt awkward to be there. As soon as i walked into this restaurant, my depression came back . At one point i was sitting there listening to the faint flute music playing in the background as my eyes were being penetrated by the constant flashing lights from the arcade claw machine games. When the food came out, the wings were so dry and crusty that my boyfriend thought I ordered them without sauce. They werent. They were buffalo. I wasn't surprised by how gross the food was because it matched the unpleasant boring theme that the rest of the restaurant went by. The service was good though. I didn't say anything to our waitress because I knew it wasn't her fault that food was awful. The service was excellent, the staff was outgoing and friendly, and it was super clean, Buuuuuuuuuuuuuut, The kitchen needs some help. Our appetizer took an extraordinarily long time to get to us, our server, who was also bar tending, went back to check for them three different times, and ever came to our table to apologize for the delay, but we were hopeful that the length of time meant that the food would be good. When the appetizer arrived (fried mushrooms) they were "ok". Nothing to do cartwheels over, or special in any way. That was fine too, the name of the place is Wings etc, not Appetizers etc. I ordered the Mild wings, and my wife ordered the Gar-lickey Parm wings. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The Mild wings were doing a backstroke in the puddle of grease at the bottom of the basket. From what I understand it was supposed to be a buttery buffalo sauce. What I got was orange colored oil that was likely used in the Renaissance. The skin was tough, not crispy as advertised, and the "Jumbo" wings did not live up to it's boast and the meat was dry. When I looked at my wife's basket, I turned a little green. The "parm-sauce" looked like curdled milk that had been mixed with oil and unceremoniously vomited over the chicken. She offered for me to try it, but I couldn't even look at it. We got a to go box (again, excellent customer service) and stopped to pick up a few things on the way home. When we got back out to my vehicle, it was smothered in the smell of old oil. I would go back in a heartbeat, if the actual food was better, but unless there is a huge change in the kitchen, I would recommend passing this place up. read more

Their lunch special menu is available every day of the week. The lunch is a great value. My food has always been very fresh. I usually get it to go since I live nearby and they are timely in their food prep. We've eaten inside several times and the service is usually a little lack-luster, but the food is good. I would recommend lunch to go, it's the same price as fast food and much better. read more

We came to this establishment last night and the service was some of the worst I'd ever experienced. We ordered an appetizer (1 basket of fried pickles) that took almost 30 minutes to arrive. Mind you, there were only about 9 other people in the entires place. Our waitress could care less about her tables, as I could tell by the faces of the other patrons that looked visibly annoyed and confused. She did not ask us if we needed refills on our drinks once, instead we had to yell from our table for a drink since she seemed busier doing who knows what considering she was out of sight quite a bit. When our food finally came, another girl stood next to her explaining how she dropped half of our order and had to have the chef remake stuff. Now I will say this, the food was good...it probably would have been much better if they weren't as cold as an ice cube.... 25 minutes pass and the food that was being re-cooked still has not come out (a side order of fries, a side of Mac n' Cheese, a small order of wings and the couple of ranches we requested). I informed my waitress that she can cancel the fries at this point and she almost guilted me in to waiting for them. A few minutes later they come...still none of the other items. Finally the wings and ranch come and my fiancé asks about the Mac n cheese and she goes to the kitchen and back and says, oops, these were sitting back there too. Mind you, at this point our table is full of garbage, since the waitress just looked at every time she passed our table instead of clearing it. I could understand if the place was crazy busy, and that contributed to her lack of effort, but it wasn't and like I stated before, it was clear the other people dining were thinking the same things I'm stating here today. I think my biggest problem with the entire thing is that our waitress blamed everyone but herself for the poor service. She blamed "the new girl" for not knowing anything, the cooks for forgetting and giving her cold food..when what she should have done is apologize for herself, because ultimately it was her wrong doing. Those are HER tables, and perhaps if she cared more about pleasing her guests, she would have been on top of every situation as they came. She was unprofessional in dress, manner and serving in general. Heck, when she delivered us one of the things that were delayed, she had a phone to her ear gabbing it up. The manager ended up coming to our table and attempting to give some sort apology, maybe, by giving us 15% off our bill and two $5 coupons. When I looked at him I noticed he had been one of the patrons sitting at the table near us, he sat there, doing nothing but laughing as this waitress and "the new girl" ran around asking each other who ordered water (which our waitress answered, "I dunno"- IT WAS FOR HER TABLE TOO!) I'm not sure who the head boss is of this establishment, but if you read your companies reviews, I strongly urge you to train ALL of your employees and managers alike, but with the experience we had last night it's very easy to see why you had no business on a Saturday night. Also, your prices are outrageous for some ordinary wings. Even with the 15%, which our waitress ended up splitting between two bills instead of giving each bill the 15%, our bill was over $50! I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant again and I'll be sure to give whoever asks a heads up before they do. read more

The server was good and Nicole was was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met!
